Review date July 16, 2024... Excellent food... Excellent service from my young server named 'Jersey'... I gave 2 stars for service ONLY because it was bingo night, and the 'caller' I guess he's called was yelling into a microphone 3 feet from my table and the music they blast can be iffy... I got the burger, medium, topped with beef brisket and fried onions ????????? But I like this place ???✌️

We just "ate" there yesterday, 05.25.2024. We sat outside at around 6:30, looking forward to some drinks and appetizers. We ordered two drinks which were good, a French onion soup, which was salty, and jerk chicken wings and a prime rib entree.
The wings were inedible- about 1/4 of a cup of seasonings was dumped on top of them and they were lying in that blanket of salt. The prime rib was ordered medium, but it looked beige/gray on the outside as if were stewing in water and when cut into, it was rare. It had no flavor, and the texture was very odd- hardly meat-like.
By far, this was the WORST dining experience we ever had.
They took the wings and ribs off the menu. They should have comped the drinks after that, but we paid the $40.00 dollar tab and still tipped the server, as it wasn't her fault the food served was inedible.
We should have taken photos of this gustatory crime scene, but we were in total shock and just wanted to leave.

Wow!! We can’t say enough about how happy we were with the private party accommodations provided by the Marchwood Tavern. Lesley and her extended team were terrific to work with in planning the party and the attention to detail during the party was 10/10! If you’re looking for a venue with great service & food, while treating your guests to a really nice and intimate setting, this is where you want to go!

*HEALTH HAZZARD* SERVED MOLDY FOOD AND UNCOOKED RAW FISHOrdered salmon and it was completely raw inside, the veggies was literally 1 slice of squash and 2 slices of zucchini, missing breadstick and our salad was old unwashed clearly and rotting as seen in photos attached. It took 35min for the waitress to check on our uncooked and molded food (after we already waited for almost an hour to get our order) we were served for us to even tell her it had mold and was uncooked and raw and missing items. The manager or owner did NOTHING to make it right or fix it. We left and won't be coming back and had to decline to pay our bill as they thought we would wait around for another hour to order more food! The food was absolutely disgusting, old, rotten and uncooked. Major health Hazzard!!!! Poor service on their part and we were REALLY nice about the situation also and treated so rudely about it!

I was there on February 22, 2024 with a group of 21 people for lunch. The servers, Leslie & Jackson, were outstanding and couldn't have been any nicer and were most accommodating. The food was very good and served in a short period of time. We will be back
Parking: Plenty of close and distant parking for everyone.
