Disclaimer: I tried to post the photos of the pizza but they will not load under my review. Probably because it’s literally disgusting and so bad they’re embarrassed to show the public what they served me.
Thought I would give Zoup and try and online the food looks good and people had good things to say. Well, let me start off by saying this was absolutely the WORST food I have ever gotten ever. The pizza was a giant watery mess. I got a Margherita flatbread and made absolutely no modifications and when I received the pizza it was the most soupy, unappetizing looking thing I’ve ever seen. I proceeded to try it to give it another chance and just NO NO NO. Absolutely disgusting and horrible food. The soup I ordered was no better. Canned soup from the grocery store tastes better than the soup I received from here. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The only reason I have an 1 star is because the service was extremely fast and workers were friendly. However I would never ever ever recommend someone getting food here, I would actually go as far as to deter people from ever eating here because that is how truly awful the food is.

I would pick this place over Panera or other sandwich shops any day. They have great soups and an incredible selection. I know it’s a chain but the staff is friendly and kind. They give a feeling of a local or family owned place. The manager is really friendly and makes the place worth coming back to everytime. It’s just good food and friendly people.

So I travel all over the tri-state doing food reviews! Breaking it down in different criteria! I come in restaurants looking scruffy and less fortunate, and see what's given to me! I must say, the soups here are amazing! 10 out of 10!!! I order the lobsters Bisque and my wife another I forget the name of it! But both were truly amazing! The staff was very professional and treated me as if I was just a normal guest there! 2 young ladies and a gentlemen who guided me through my order! Extremelyngreat customer service and extremely great food! When I'm in town again I'm certain to stop here again!! Great job guys

Great food. Will be back. Better than Panera has become lately, and much more reasonable prices. -1 on the atmosphere due to leak and water damage on the floor by the windows. Clearly been a problem for some time now. Tip: replace the carpet with linoleum or tile before too much longer please

I’ve tried ordering on DoorDash for the past THREE days because i am extremely sick and they still can’t process my order? Fix your system or take your restaurant off of DoorDash because that is INSANE.

I ordered an XL Chicken Noodle soup via doodrdash. It was all broth and minimal chicken and noodles. So disappointing for $20

Food was excellent. This feels like a smaller version of Panera. Restaurant was clean and the food came out fast. The soup could have been hotter but it was very tasty. $37 for two lunches (1/2 sandwich & soup platters) seemed high, but I would go again.
