Avoid this location if possible. The people, for the most part are fine. But, they have all but given up on this place.
The food is not great. Usually stale, room temp and a long wait time.
The soda machine in the lobby has been empty for weeks and is barely functional at times.
Only the basic works and they "cannot afford to buy other flavors"
This particular BK dining room is really gross. Its old and dirty. Avoid the old smoking section with the brick and the glass.
Bathrooms are fairly dirty and cramped.
They have cute little spatulas as door handles. That's fun!

This one guy was holding up everybody trying to figure out an app on his phone They should have told him to figure it out and step back up instead of holding everybody up

Got there around 8pm. The lobby was closed. I went through the drive through and my family started to eat our food. When they got the their whoppers they were ice cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. We had only been sitting there for maybe 5 mins before they got to them. I went back around to the drive through and I just wanted to show the lady how cold they were. She met me with an attitude saying that they were hot when they put them in the bag. There is no way that's possible. The cheese wasn't even melted. There were no other cars or people to be served and employees were just sitting in the booths. They did make us fresh whoppers that were piping hot with MELTED cheese lol. I really wasn't trying to be mean. It was just a little crazy how cold they were. I'm not one to complain but come on....yall weren't busy. Not to mention my chicken sandwich that was hard as a rock and what little meat was in it was literally clear from sitting so long..I didn't complain about that because of the attitude I was met with. Next time I'll just go somewhere else.

Very poor service and they charge you .25 cents for extra dipping sauce they had no ice no chicken nuggets they had to give us chicken fries and they were much small. The fries were cold.
Online hours said open till 10. Went to go through drive through at 9:40 and the lady came outside and rudely told us they were closed. And when I asked why she said “because we closed.” Never returning to this location. Needs to update hours or stay open till closing time.

Waiting more then 10 minutes to order in a line of 3 cars, per car is pretty nuts. Probably the worst BK in this area. You take chances of you're gonna get your order the way you ordered it, and luckier if it's hot. Seems like there's only one person working until you pull up and watch 4 people chatting in the window.

Dirty inside and the manager must've got hired with no work experience ever cause he sucks at what he does. How do you get overwhelmed with 2 people inside and 2 cars in the drive through ? and took 20 minutes to get food for some reason

Manager is rude, unprofessional, argumentative and needs imo, either some time off, to be totally retrained /(don’t know how she made it to manager) or replaced. Parking lot is ALWAYS empty, so I can see why they were just sitting there doing nothing. I’m surprised this BK is still open. Will definitely not be going there again.
