Terrible experience. Wanted to charge me for a drink I already had , which I brought in a …Panera cup. They thought I was refilling it with their soda machine that doesnt have any drinks that resemble tea. He told me gotta charge for everything .. inflation.
I can see he meant it.. cuz for my steak sandwich.. will you can see it’s more lettuce than steak. Waste of $11. Never going back to subway

Overpriced, sloppy hoagie, more lettuce than meat and the cookies were hard as a brick. I was charged $4 more just to make it a meal. Ridiculous.....the service was fast and the restaurant was clean but the food was just a mess.

I walked in with my daughter who is 4, nobody around. It's like we were the only ones in the store. I waited after saying hello and nothing. Only after my daughter literally screamed "anyone here?!" Did a man come out with a bad attitude and said rudely, "what do you what?" My daughter was intimidated by his harsh tone and unsettling attitude. I said a 6 in and he quickly says "what else" never making eye contact or acknowledging me. After I ordered my daughters sandwich I said I'd like a personal pizza too please. She slammed her sandwich on the counter and stormed off to the back where I couldn't see for a moment and came back out and opened the pizza and without asking what I wanted he quickly puts it in the oven and walked away. I even mention, having a bad day huh? Hope it gets better. He ignored me. When the timer went off he boxed it and Still never asked what I wanted on it. He says what now? I say that was it, at this point I'm uncomfortable and just want to leave. He never made eye contact or exhibited any professionalism. I will never go back. People need to learn how to treat others with respect.
