We came for lunch. Placed an order with the waitress, and then nothing for an hour. No one came to check on us, no one offered an explanation on why it was taking so long. So, after an hour I got up from the table and asked if the food was ready, and if not I would like to cancel the order. Again, I couldn't get a response from anyone. This was my first time at this diner, and the food was so good! We had breakfast and I definitely would go back. We were there around nine o'clock in the morning , and there were already a decent amount of people there , so I would say that it is a busy breakfast time and to get there early.
I have been here a few times. Service can be slower than many people prefer, but overall the staff is very friendly, and the place is clean. They serve typical diner food which is always good. Very relaxed environment set up like a birdhouse inside.
