My friend brought me along because they had a BOGO reward in the app, and I was deeply impressed by the smokehouse brisket and loaded Italian sandwiches! Absolutely delicious.
The brisket was wonderfully soft and tender, not dry or overdone, and the bread on both was pillowy and flavorful, reminiscent of Hawaiian rolls. I normally don't even like deli meat sandwiches, but the loaded Italian has converted me. I especially enjoyed the garlic aioli sauce. Both sandwiches are generously filled with meat. I can see why Arby's meats are regarded so well.
I also tried their white cheddar mac n cheese, which was creamy with lots of cheese sauce. It did have a slightly artificial aftertaste, but still better than any other fast food mac n cheese I've had.
The staff were very friendly and our food was prepared quickly. The area was clean and very nice to sit in because of the floor-to-ceiling windows letting in all the afternoon sun.
I appreciated the clean, orderly condiments stations and how the interior was decorated with warm colors. It looked a bit like an old-style diner. Sandwiches tasted much better than I'd expect for fast food.
My only complaint was the fact that while there were taps for various soft drinks, lemonade, and ice, there was no tap for plain old water. I'd recommend bringing your own water bottle.

Great people, great food, great location. It's been a while since I had visited. This Arby's was my adult son's favorite place. I would offer anywhere to go to eat, he would always pick this Arby's. It was hard this time to enter, but I pulled together all my strength and walked in. As my heart pumped and I wanted to cry, Raj & Marcellus gave me a warm welcome and showed their beautiful smiles. They were so kind to me. What they didn't know was that my son had cancer and passed earlier this year. He loved this Arby's. The memories at this restaurant were full of laughter and love. People do make a difference. Thank you Raj & Marcellus. I'll never forget you. Marcellus, my husband did love the mac and cheese. I'm glad I got extra! See you all again soon.
