Tire place is the worse place no air condition had an appointment at 2:30 pm the week , I drop off my car came back at 5:00 it was not even done and I ask why they we don’t know if we have your tires here or not after 2,1/2 hours they don’t know not even let know keeping me waiting ? I took my car to private place get it done in 45 minutes BJ’s is Wisting time and money………

This location should not offer curbside pickup. I do a decent amount of orders. It takes them about 20-25 minutes to bring your order out often. The worst part is that they bring out orders that pulled up after you sometimes too. It’s literally faster to go inside and grab what you need. They forget stuff in your order too so always double check! Every other store that offers curbside is just so
much faster.

They have a mice infestation which management leaves to employees to clean up instead of hiring someone qualified and also like to discriminate against transgender people. And things covered in mouse droppings get "cleaned off" and placed back on the shelf

Always great gas is cheaper

don't follow food hygiene standards and discriminatory. worthless management

Either the pumps or broken, or the system is down....it's always something when I want to get gas. I pay membership so I can actually buy gas....

Best place to shop with great low prices!

Howard and Brittany in the deli department are the best. Very friendly and answered all my questions I had. Extremely professional and pleasant. Keep up the good work.

My experience at BJ’s for the first time today was phenomenal. It wasn’t over crowded and the store was organized nicely so it was a stress free shopping experience. Special shout out to Jonathan L, the cashier. He was so kind and genuinely happy. Also, Brittany at the optical center was a pleasure to deal with as well. She helped my mom save some money and explained everything regarding glasses in specific details from insurance, lenses, frame etc. I’m very happy with my experience today and I can’t wait to go back. I saved a bunch of money and got so much for the price! Thanks BJ’s!

Store has gone down hill the past couple years constantly running out of common things, or just completely stop carrying lots of favorites maybe it's time to switch to Sam's or Costco but it's getting ridiculous here.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It is absolutely absurd to me that “it’s best to call” before I go up to get propane because “I don’t know when they will be in or leave for the day”.

You have posted hours. Honor them. Period. It’s poor management. And it’s poor service that no one else can fill propane if the people in the tire sales department don’t feel like working on any particular day.

For years we’ve literally never had an issue. And the last few months it’s a nightmare. You had a sign on your door today “Lunch break 30 min” at 3:40 PM. I was back at 4:20 (still within your hours of operation). The sign was down and the doors were locked. I called the store, was told the people in that department left for the day and there’s no one else there who can help me. “If you want to try tomorrow you can. It’s just best to call first.”

Like really?

And unfortunately, it’s $5 cheaper a tank there than anywhere else. So I either have to pay extra money or deal with the chaos and mismanagement at this location.

Both those options suck.

A well stocked and clean wholesale Club.

I sometimes visit this BJ’s location as an alternative to another one that I go to. This location is usually clean, not too crowded, and has plenty of open registers for checkout.

One complaint that I have the last time I visited today is that out on a parking lot there were tons of shopping carts thrown everywhere from between cars, parking spaces or on a little concrete islands. This was very discouraging and I hope management will pay attention to it and fixes the issue. Besides just plain looking bad, it is a very high potential for damaging your car and an insurance claim against the store.
