When I first started ordering from BJ's, I was able to track my order, however, these last two months I was unable to. When I called BJ's in Langhorne, the representative (nasty) indicated that BJ's doesn't have nothing to do with tracking my order it is Door Dash. However, I placed my order with BJ's and they are the one who receives my money. So, if I don't get my order they are the ones to refund me. To make a long story short, I am in the process of thinking about canceling my BJ's account not because of the order but due to the lack of concern and compassion the representative have for elderly people who have to order due to not having a car. I order from SAM's club in Langhorne and I don't have a problem with tracking my order. There are other options and choices, I can choose to purchase from. Customer service in this country is very degrading and shameful.

I love the gluten free options at BJ's! They have products that are hard to find elsewhere at a great price. My favorites are the gf Perdue chicken fingers and the Frechetta gf pizzas. Self check out is quick. Just wish they had the cafes that BJ's and Costco had. They had one and removed it for order staging. Maybe one day they will feff rc it back and do the staging near the tire entrance instead.

BJ's is a great place to get your gas at a discounted price especially since poopy pants Biden got in office. It's regularly about .30 cents cheaper per gallon than wawa and if you go shopping first before buying gas there are ways to save even more money on your gas. I definitely recommend buying your gas at BJ's

We ordered a 1/2 sheet cake for my granddaughters graduation party and it was absolutely perfect from freshness, it was vanilla and chocolate cake with buttercream icing, it was beautifully decorated and taste absolutely delicious we will definitely be ordering our cakes from BJ's from now on one more thing the price it's so worth the price

Everyone at this store is polite and professional. But if you plan on going to the deli, prepare yourself for an hour long wait. They never seem to have more than one employee working in the deli, and one employee that they always have there takes about 45 minutes to get through three or four customers

Worst customer service got treated not nice and wouldn't let me get in when I didn't have my member ship and was told to show I'd at the customer service for a printed membership and had an argument with the worker and wasn't letting me in and an other worker let me in

I appreciate the cost. This store is clean and well stocked. But check out is a nightmare. They changed the self checkout registers. They are so low to the ground I can't check myself out. My only choice is the ONE cashier they usually have available.

This store has turned into a complete joke. During the pandemic, they must have decided to install a number of new self checkout lanes, which is fine except for the fact that they are horrendous. I'm there on a random Thursday afternoon and the checkout line runs throughout the entire store. No one was directing anyone and most people are clueless, so they just stand there. The scanners are slower than molasses and constantly screwing up. You cannot have a checkout line that snakes throughout the store on a Thursday afternoon...
Get...more...deli help. And a manager that is visible. I know every piece of dirt about this place from three separate employees complaining. Do better. May be time to go back to Sam's...

I'm very disappointed in BJ's management. I'm a new member joining during the pandemic because they offer outside pick-up. In my most recent order their was an item missing. After calling the store and speaking to the manager he insisted that he couldn't credit my account unless I came in the store! I finally got a credit after calling the BJ's 800 number. Bj's, you have one more chance and then I cancel my membership!
