Ordered take out today. My husband and daughter had the Bacon Quesadilla and I had the Santafe Burger. First the quesadillas were burnt burnt. Second the burger was rawwwww in the middle. Not like just a little bit of pink it was more red then anything. The bread tasted old. As if it was frozen and then defrosted and then frozen again. It was also hard not like toasted hard it was like stale hard. a waisted $50.

We had a great meal with great service. Regretfully, I dont recall our servers name but he said he was new and if he hadn't told me, id have never known! Our food was fresh and hot and very tasty. Our drinks never ran out. We also requested to be away from everyone, as far as possible. And they were able to accommodate. I would definitely go back to this chili's again.

Was not impressed, upon walking in there is a horrible smell around the host stand and we were unfortunately seated right by it. The air ducts were dripping all over the floor so there were giant puddles everywhere. My mother noticed someone was seated under the ducts and being dripped on so she alerted a waitress and they were moved but soon after they seated ANOTHER customer under the ducts who this time asked to be moved. Our waitress was nice but wasn't on top of refills. Kitchen seemed disordered, we asked for a side of queso and recieved two separate bowls. When asking for no cilantro in the guac and pico we were given the makings to mix our own guac and they still put the pico all over my mothers salad. The french fries were EXTREMELY salty to the point of being inedible. Our silverware kits were missing pieces and not well put together. The chairs were dusty and sticky as if they were covered jn glue. The wall around our table was filthy and left a stain on my sweater. Overall one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a restaurant and I do not think I'll be returning to a chilis anytime soon

The floor tables and chairs were sticky. (Probably the cleaner was too strong leaving sticky film) It was very humid inside making the AC ducts condensate and drip down into eat area. mozzarella sticks were great only thing saving them from 1star. Music was too loud. But our waitress was good she was very attentive. We visited midweek around 130pm.
We tried to go here for dinner last night. When we got to the hostess stand, we were met with a nasty odor. We were hoping it was only at the bar area but as we were led to a table, we could still smell it. It smelled like someone had dumped dirty water on the floor and then mopped it with a filthy mop. The smell was so nauseating and overwhelming that we ended up walking out….oh, I forgot to mention that my feet were sticking to the floor. I honestly don’t know how you could have an enjoyable meal with the way it smelled. So gross!!

Service is ok. The food was not great the last two times we were here. The ribs were very dry, even with sauce, the boneless wings were rock hard. Staff is friendly, prices are fair, but I don't think we'll ever go back

Overall, okay. It look quite a while for our server to acknowledge us, and I ate my entire meal before anyone brought my friend her tortillas for her fajitas. Actually I had to ask the hostess for them. It came down to bad communication among staff.
Full situation for those interested:
Our food was brought out minus my friend’s toppings and tortillas. A server that wasn’t our own informed us she would be right back with my friend’s stuff. Right after this, our server came and checked in and asked if everything was OK, we told her yes, because we were waiting on the other server to bring my friend her toppings and tortillas. Moments later the other server came by and sat down my friend’s toppings and walked away. Instantly after, we realize she never got her tortillas. No one came back in to check on us for the entire time that it took me to eat my complete meal. When I had finished eating my meal, I finally went up to the hostess and asked her to bring out my friend’s tortillas because she was the only employee in sight. Generally inattentive service, and my friend ate her meal cold.
