Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza online for carry out. Once I arrived my food was gone. The worker stated someone just came to pick it up which is impossible. The worker than tried to push someone else’s order on me saying they took mine so we could take there’s. As I was speaking with the worker he answered the phone to the person who took my order. He then blamed the lady that she should have checked the name before leaving. It was neither of our faults but his, he asks us our names and just gave her the wrong order. He then was very rude and confrontational.

Absolutely the worst pizza ever. I thought I was getting a ham onion ex cheese. What I ended up is cornbread pizza with ham onions ex cheese. Why in hell do they stretch the pizza doe in cornmeal is absolutely stupid. Go back to pizza school and use flour. This pizza was so bad my family went to Saint Michaels Catholic Church and got there pizza. We gave Domino's Pizza to the trash can

Ok, so the pizza is great! The delivery orders are always missing something. I was promised a free pizza next order because they messed up my delivery order. But here I am ordering again and there is nothing here I even spent 28min on the phone with customer service and nothing just a promo code with nowhere to enter it so at check out I couldn't use the code I waited 30min to get for a previous order that was messed up. Good pizza bad business and customer service! I will try not to order from again.

Very disappointing experience. The app showed my order as delivered, but nothing had arrived. After waiting quite a while, I called the store for clarification — and was shocked at the rude and unprofessional response I received.

The person who answered, named MD, was aggressive, dismissive, and even used inappropriate language. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he told me to “come to the store” in a confrontational tone. This is not just poor service — it’s completely unacceptable.

Delays can happen, but marking an order as delivered when it’s not, and then responding with hostility when a customer simply asks for information, reflects terribly on this location.

Domino’s has come a long way. It used to be terrible… The service at this location is always great. The manager or owner is a really nice guy. Food is always fresh and hot and you can’t beat 20% off your entire order every time you order. Especially when feeding a family of four!!!

I ordered two pizzas online one plain and one with pepperoni. I received two plain pizzas. I called to inform the workers and I was told that there was nothing they can do and was hung up on.

They had a promotion going on with Uber One.. spend so much money and get a pizza or whatever it was.. we go through all of it on the app and have everything ordered(the free pizza and the wings and breadsticks we paid for) .We Wait for over an hour and I get brought a small box with 3 sauces in it. No pizza; no wings, no sticks…. But the sauces for all three of those items. Like idk if the delivery person just didn’t have a brain or if the person who boxed it up was missing one but never again. There’s a reason yall have 2 stars

Delivery guy was nice. The pizza was bland and tasteless. Barely any sauce. A waste of money. My stoufers microwave French bread pizzas are better than that pizza and they cost 4 bucks. I thought domino's stepped their game a few years ago. I guess I was wrong. I am never getting domino's again. Tastes like the cardboard box it comes in.

Your employees refused to give a half pepperoni and half extravagant pizza because they quote on the quote that said, "We can't do that" worst customer service.

Pizza was fine, delivery was fine. When I compared my receipt to my credit card bill, I found the driver added an extra $5 to my bill. There was already a $5 delivery fee which I believed to be the tip. I didn't authorize the extra $5 nor sign for it. I'm pretty sure this stealing and fraudulent. If you order, I suggest to pay cash so they can't charge you more than what they should.

It’s very dirty place and they put less topping the manger are racist and he talk with me about religion stuff and he have zero respect for the costume and after I paid he told me he won’t give me my food because I told him it’s not your business if I’m Christian or

Got an email saying they were apologizing for something but the driver was nice, the food is fantastic, and was delivered warm and timely. Leaving a review to express that the service was great, not sure why I got an apology email but these people are fantastic.
