For my business I come to this location a couple times a week to get treats for my employees. I went to get myself a drink with no ice , ice on the side THAT I ALWAYS GET THERE!!! I was informed by a rude younger Indian woman that I am not aloud to get my drink with no ice and ice on the side anymore than she will allow it this time . She wouldn’t explain why . My employees and I will no longer be going to this location

Bathroom is disgusting. There are stains in the toilet. The floor looks like it was never been washed the sidewalk leading into the Dunkin’ Donuts, Dirty and Black. I’m gonna contact corporate and board of health.

Sent bf to get deal sausage egg n cheese on muffin deal. I got bagel egg cheese bacon which I can't eat! My order has been messed up lately. now I got to drive to new falls to get what I want please fix your employees!! work! Double ck!I Smh get your business straight!!!!! Your loosing customers.
My kid loves muchkins. The line is usually long and they mess up my order 1/4 of the time but everyone is nice at the window and the muchkins are good. Worth accidentally getting regular and chocolate glaze by accident instead of all chocolate glaze. Not good when you are overweight but I def eat the ones my kid doesn’t want.
