Christmas Day tradition to go to IHOP. Waiting area is full. Host says no less than 15 minute wait. We're waiting for over 45 minutes. No one is being seated. Turns out, most of the people waiting are waiting for to go orders. They continue to take online to go orders, but will not seat people. The kitchen is drowning. The to go orders will not stop. The diners are waiting an hour for their food because of the to go orders. There were about 40 people waiting when we decided to leave. Cash grab. Absolutely not a care for customers.
Service was bad
Everything that me and my other half ordered on the menu that they were out of and that was very frustrating but the server Marie was very nice and as helpful as can be so I can't blame her for anything. But the people who own the restaurant need to order food that's on the menu.

The food is no good, the meat smells bad, I got sick from eating that rotten meat
Returned after years away. We found the renovations to enhance the atmosphere, Beth, our server, was great. We will be back.

I really enjoy coming to IHOP, but this location needs improvement. The service is often very slow, and the floors are usually dirty with food scattered around. While the dining area has gotten a little better, the bathrooms are still in poor condition paper all over and not well maintained. With better cleanliness and faster service, this place could be so much nicer.
