Just stopped at Julio’s. We go in ever so often because we like ginacotti. Ever since brothers Gina’s restaurant in northeast Philly. To my surprise today I had worst service I ever had. We got our drinks fast. Then waited half hour for waiter to take order. They never came. They kept saying they will get us then kept waiting. The restaurant was only half full. Most employees standing around. The one waiter saying to bus boy I don’t know what supposed to do or sequence. It was ridiculous there. I walked out with my wife and 4 year old daughter. The order was only going to be two slices hamburger and ginacotti. Nobody there cared about service. I guess that’s why it’s not as crowded as it used to be. Seems like going down hill with bad management. Lots employees but no workers. I have never written a review before but this was the worst service I ever experienced in my 49 years

I've lived here since 99 and just had my first ginacotti I've been hearing about for decades. It's a deep fried stromboli people. Delicious but too greasy for me. I hear they have a baked version, which would be an outright stromboli, i would go there again to try the baked ginacotti (stromboli).

I have been customer over 30 years julios was part of the Raz life after this i feel like ive been raped never again if your going charge over 12 bucks for steak in pouch better be more than just pouch after V S selling feel like lost another friend good luck julios

Ginacotti is my favorite!

took the wife and kids here on my day off and let me tell you, this pizza shop is a hidden gem! The pizza is outstanding with crispy crust, rich sauce, and gooey cheese that hits the spot every time. The wings are perfectly cooked with just the right amount of sauce on the side, great for sharing by far the best blue cheese that I ever had. Their cheesesteaks are loaded with juicy meat and melty cheese. Even the grilled cheese for the kids is top-tier golden, buttery, and satisfying. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or feeding the whole family, this spot delivers on every level. Highly recommended!

Take out order, large plain pizza, get home open the box to see what's shown in the picture. How can anyone feel its acceptable to give this to a customer? There's no question this is burnt. Call and explain the situation, and had to wait for another to be made, another 20 minutes. Arrive prior to 20 minutes with burnt pizza, and watch a plain pizza being removed from oven, and placed on top of oven. Instead of giving to us, we had to wait another 5 minutes. Not a great way to make up for a bad mistake. We're long time customers, if a first time customer, would not go back. Best advice, check food before leaving!

so delicious and very good whoever is making pizza 10/10! whoever made my fries, again, 10/10! my salad…. u guessed it! 10/10!!!!! delivery driver wow 100000/10!!!! i can only say good things about this place! wow yummy yummy! 10/10!

My wife and I came here to place an order and waited nearly ten minutes for someone to take it. In fact, the woman who was supposed to take our order was under the counter. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before she came out and noticed us.

The same person was using a vape pen in the cooking area, wearing the same gloves she uses to handle food.
