Being a customer for at least 30 years, I typical enjoy the meals. For some reason the last couple times I've ordered takeout, the sandwiches have not been up to par.
This evening I ordered two sandwiches and a salad. Of course the sandwich I ordered, a chicken cheesesteak hoagie with extra cheese, came with no lettuce, onions, tomatoes, or mayo, as requested. Of course I was charged for it.
How tough can it be? It's written right on the ticket.

Hands down one of my favorite places since childhood! Chefs kiss for the ginacottis!! When dining in the place is always clean, the waitress’ so kind! 1000% will always recommend this place.

As a longtime loyal customer of Julio's, it's disappointing to say that their pizza just isn't quite the same as it used to be, especially the crust. Whether it's a change in the process or a tweak in the ingredients, something is different. While the pizza is still good, I feel it was better before. 4 stars!
