I came there and I ordered an 8-piece bucket of chicken and a six piece chicken tenders I got home and opened the box and there was only four chicken tenders and a looks like chicken nugget now don't get me wrong but for 17 freaking dollars I should get what I ordered and paid for very unsatisfied

Horrible store. Honestly these people can’t read a to go slip, and pack what the slip says, then you shouldn’t be working there … 🤷♀️. Can’t read a slip, can’t work. Plain n simple. Spent ton of money to get there to get my order, and of course they forget the sauce, ketchup, utensils…. How the heck does one eat coleslaw and dry chicken strips?!!!

Your out of wedges, your out of thighs, your out of wings and I have to be inconvenienced for 20 minute wait because your cashier didn’t know her job and your were out original chicken! I would have left and went somewhere else but nope the KFC in fairless Hills do not honor refunds. I would understand if it were my fault, but not having the product I wanted after I paid for it and then tell me you don’t do refunds! Is this even legal! I will be looking more into this!!!!

WAITED OVER 25 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER!!! Came here specifically to try the potato wedges.. When they finally came out with our food, the order was wrong. Waited another 5 mins for corrected order with no potato wedges only fries and they were also out of fried pickles. Unbelievable

There's literally no words to describe how bad this KFC truly is. Don't waste your money or your time. No one that works here has the slightest clue what they're doing. I watched in total amazement whilst 6 people couldn't get 3 orders together. Totallly disorganized. No leadership just bad all round.

The people that work in this KFC need to be fired. Not one of them have an ounze of customer service not one. This KFC is beyond slow its embarrassing. The service is terrible I counted 6 people. 2 stood at the front by the pick up window not helping anyone just chatting and ignoring customers in the store. 3 people were attempting to fulfill the orders and they were struggling. God knows what happens when they're busy lol what a joke. 1 person cooking chicken. Won't be coming back here EVER this place sucks!!!!
