Lee's Hoagie House

Just overall not welcoming. We go to small shops for the love that comes with the food. When calling it's like you are wasting their time and are short with you. Apparently if you are a regular and wave to them you get to skip the line and get your food first. It's dirty and cluttered in there. Only saving grace is the young man and woman who run the desk. Without them it's a 1 star across the board.

Had a great Italian roast pork w Broccoli Rabe and hot banana peppers. Hit the spot after my Italy trip when I was feeling jet lagged and peckish in the afternoon. The 2 dudes behind the counter were friendly and knew their foods.

The food was not good at all. I am currently eating my food and I think I am about to break my tooth on the chicken for how overcooked it was. It was my first time and last time here.

Store in Fairless Hills looks old and doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in a decade. Hoagies are not good. Think just a step above dog food. I’ve reached out to corporate and CEO multiple times and was ignored. DO NOT EAT at Lees. They have gone downhill without a brake.

Where do I start? First of all the customer service here is horrendous. As I was ordering, the girl walked away from me, without saying anything and a man took over, again without saying anything. I finally placed my order around 7:50pm. When I got my order, the salad was wrong. I said fried chicken and they gave me grilled. When I brought it to their attention, the older lady working turned to the workers and said “ well did you actually hear her tell you that?” Actually yes they did , but your worker walked away when I was ordering. The older lady just rolled her eyes and walked away, without apologizing. I finally get my correct order and the time was now 8:35pm. When I get home to eat the salad, I noticed that there was still grilled chicken mixed in, which means the just put the crispy chicken on top of the grilled one. They also barely put chicken on the salad. I also got a chicken finger sandwich, which was extremely salty. This place was a huge disappointment and the customer service is absolutely horrible! Never never again!

Mom and pop shop that was quick and easy to get in and get out. Got a sandwich and they took care of me. If your around town, make sure you stop by! Legit!

delicious Italian hoagie, their side pepper mix is on point. Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesecake which came stuffed full of meat, and decent sauce. Ordered the hot sauce, which wasn't very hot at all. The price fits the quality and portion for 2024. Staff was super pleasant and welcoming to my multiple add-ons/instructions.

Ordered a meatball sandwich with red crushed pepper prov cheese and black pepper. Im pretty sure the young man that made my sandwich was new. But wanted to let him know that was the best meatball sandwich I ever had !

Hadn't been there in 15+ years so it was very refreshing to experience the family atmosphere and prompt service again. Not to mention the delicious cheesesteak that I had. The price's are very reasonable and their menu is very extensive.

Atmosphere would be so much better if attitudes were different and workers watched their language in front of the kids and elderly people. Someone skipped manner training I'm afraid and that's so sad.
