Lee's Hoagie House

Food is generally good. But the last 2 times I've ordered has been a bad experience. Last time they forgot an order. This time, I ordered 2 hours early. I showed up 15 minutes before the time I ordered for and checked in. Expected to wait 15 minutes since that was the time, but ended up having to wait 40 minutes. Personally, we will go else where when we want hoagies. No more Lee's.

Food was solid. Kids especially liked the grilled cheese kids meal. Best part though was the staff was nice and friendly.

Health Department needs to visit. Owners don't care it seems. Wearing gloves is for the customer protection not the employee...they all need a class in hygiene and food service in general. Collect money, touch hair, touch phone and proceed to pick up and handle lunch meat for customers all with same gloves on. Wow just wow!! And dont forget the side of sweat dripping and wiped with inside of shirt or forearms while proceeding to cook your food. And if you enjoy finding a mysterious object in your sandwich to which owner offers no apology only excuses or denial, then this is the place for you. Do better!! Seriously way better food establishments in the area that actually care and take accountability and pride in the food they serve and the customer service they provide. Negative Zero stars!!!

This store has no appeal whatsoever just a bunch of junk in the corner to look at as soon as you walk in. The girl making my sub had to ask how to make it and to make things worse she was touching her hair in the process. Now her hair will probably smell like oil and vinegar. Like another reviewer mentioned, I prefer places that make food with love and this spot is not it!

Ordered corn beef special, had hardly and coleslaw on sandwich drowned with Russian dressing dripped out all over! paid $14 for it came with nothing!! Got turkey w/cheese and bacon with mayo, 1 slice of bacon hardly any mayo again $14 Outrageous!!! Waited 1/2 hour was only customer

I ordered a hoagie and 20 wings, half hot and garlic and parmasisn. My hot wings did not come with hot sauce. I called, and they give me 10 new hot wings with plenty of sauce and a 2 litter of pespi. They driver refuse to take the old wings. Lees in fairless hills is awesome and a man of their word. Please don't go anywhere else. You will not find anywhere that has better food and honesty. If u want to have awesome food for football or any occasion, go to lees in fairless hills.

Just overall not welcoming. We go to small shops for the love that comes with the food. When calling it's like you are wasting their time and are short with you. Apparently if you are a regular and wave to them you get to skip the line and get your food first. It's dirty and cluttered in there. Only saving grace is the young man and woman who run the desk. Without them it's a 1 star across the board.

Had a great Italian roast pork w Broccoli Rabe and hot banana peppers. Hit the spot after my Italy trip when I was feeling jet lagged and peckish in the afternoon. The 2 dudes behind the counter were friendly and knew their foods.
