I think everyone here hates there jobs, machine wouldn’t let us pay, then had to wait 10 minutes just to speak with someone. Want to waste some time, come here, 20 minutes later and still no food and the line is around the block.

Places an order for a medium fry through the app to try the new grinch salt. It was 25 minutes after I placed the order and said “I’m here” when I walked out. Another customer in the store stated she had been waiting over an hour. Store is extremely inefficient. Drive through, inside, and curbside were all packed with no orders going out.

If this is the mc Donald’s I went today , the drive thru people were so polite and attentive . My spicy mc chicken was the freshest and delicious 🤤 . Oh and the fastest ever . thanks ya’ll .

Drive thru was very slow. I ordered a quarter pounder which the app specifically said it was supposed to have a monopoly game piece and they didn't bother to include the game piece.

Absymal service waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru to place my order when there’s no cars waiting is absolutely ridiculous. I’m normally patient but these employees could care less
Never going back here again… food was ice cold after they told me they were making it… sat in the line for 10 min they were shooting trash into the trash can with the gloves that they were using to make food… I trashed the food… I doubt I will get a refund but seeing now few stars this place has I’m done…

Love that this is a kid run establishment basically. They’re doing great! I don’t visit often but when i do I get great service, they are friendly and the food is always hot. The snack wrap is back and it’s great!

I’ve been to a few McDonald’s over the last few weeks on a squishmallow hunt for my daughter. Without a doubt, the people at this McDonald’s are the nicest and most considerate group I have met. Every person I have encountered here (and I’ve been here a few times) has been so pleasant and helpful. A really great team. Eva was exceptionally helpful!

People with long hair and no hair nets. Hope there's never a hair in my food. Next time I'm just getting a refund. Two stars for that reason. Otherwise it's good service.
