Customer service is despicable. If you can put a smile on and talk polite to customers, then maybe u should choose a different job where u don't have to interact with other people. If ur having a bad day, or short staff, or if ur just a miserable person, thats not a reason to treat complete strangers with attitude, impatient scuffs, and improper speech. It's a place of business, be professional, ur not in the street.
