I ordered two orders of steak. Well done. When I arrived home, I found out I was missing a steak and an order of French fries for my son. The steak was pink inside; my wife couldn't eat it, and mine was pink too.I had to reheat everything in the microwave because, by the time I went back to get the food, everything was cold. I won't recommend getting the food to go. I'm disappointed. ?

Very upset with our order tonight.I placed an online order and even asked for extra ranch as apart of the order. Got all the way home and there was NO ranch in the bag at all.Not only that, but the cheese fries I ordered didn’t even have bacon on them.Very disappointed. Have never had a bad experience here before. But today was awful

Tried this location again after about 3-4 months. We stopped ordering from here due to low quality and accuracy. We had the same problem again tonight. We were missing a salad, received a baked potato as opposed to the mash potatoes that were ordered. The new Sriracha chicken bites were plain chicken bites and were as chewy as rubber. The other salad was ordered without croutons due to a food allergy, it came with croutons.

We had a great experience here. our hostess was named Destiney, and our server was kiersten. Both were great. As a family of 6, it can quickly go from a great night to a very bad night when eating out at a restaurant. i will say we did sign in online about 30 or so minutes prior to arrival and still had to wait about 20 minutes. This can be troublesome when you have young kids, but they had a nice little sitting area outside that we enjoyed. The food took a little while to come out which made it a little tough for us and we got 2 pieces of bread for the 6 of us which was fine but it would have been nice to be offered more maybe just to occupy our wait. We got the bloomin onion it was very good. I did get a little spot of onion that was undercooked, but overall, it was delicious. I got the 16.00 3 course meal and it was plenty of food and all tasty. My husband got the same but got the cocnut shrimp and was just OK with them. My kids all enjoyed their food. I will say it was strange to see the joey steak was the same size as my adult entree next time I'd skip the 3 course meal and just get a dang kids steak. Our server was very sweet and made it enjoyable. We will happily return.

I absolutely love this restaurant, especially for their cheese fries! The last two time there my family and I had the same waitress, her name is Kayla. Kayla is one of the best servers we have had the opportunity to engage with. Pretty much everything about her was is from the way she greets her table to the way she ends the meal is nothing but a genuinely happy and positive person giving you the best experience she can. Before leaving this afternoon, I asked your bartender if there was a way I would be able to acknowledge Kayla and thank her beyond a verbal for what she’s done the last several times we’ve been in your restaurant and he said this would be the best option. So, thank you again Kayla. I hope you get the praise and acknowledgment that you deserve.

Got classic prime rib, medium rare - was cooked to perfection. Companion got the rib steak - could do with less spices. Service was quick and server was attentive. They have the best blue cheese dressing - nice big chucks of cheese. I should have ordered the dressing on-the-side as there was a bit too much of it.
Excellent customer service from management and the Take-Away server. I enjoy coming to this Outback because everyone is extremely friendly. Make the trip to Fairless Hills and I promise you will not be disappointed!

I ordered the 3 couse meal that was offered. Bread, salad 6 Oz. steak, mashed potatoes, and 16 Oz. beer for $22. Very reasonable and plenty of food!

If you want comfortable atmosphere and great service but are expecting a substandard steak this is the restaurant for you. They sell the sizzle but that's all you get. The build up is really well done. Different cuts of several steaks; pick from the menu pics just how you want it done but they don't tell you a ribeye can't be grilled any way but past medium. It's too thin; like 1/2", not like the menu pick. Great bloom'n onion and sides. Clean taps too as the Foster's was excellent. Go for the sizzle, that's all you're going to get. Not a place for a good steak. Again, great service! Sincerely!

My son love the wings they have but not this time we were very disappointed because we found feathers on it the manger give us another order of wings but they came with more feathers also the celery wasn’t washed. The server did a great jobThis’s my daughter favorite restaurant so sadBut I don’t think I’ll take my family back
