Have ordered 3 different occasions and everytime the order has been wrong. I guess Tavern and Thin crust look very similar...

Paid for extra cheese and received a pizza with barely any cheese. Bread sticks with cheese 4 out of 10 had no cheese.

Burnt pizzas, cheesy bacon breadsticks was a joke, boneless wings were a hot mess. Was expecting to get what was at least close to the pictures. No one took responsibility so I won't be back.

It wasn’t just nostalgia. It was legitimately so good. Really wanted to know if they still served soda in the old school cups. Got 2 pan pies, some boneless wings, and breadsticks of course. So good. Will be back!

Food was excellent, and the service was great. My family and I had a great experience and the atmosphere was amazing. It really took me back to my childhood. They had transformers on the TV, and great 80's music in the background. Amazing and would definitely recommend anyone to experience and enjoy some pizza hut.

The worst Pizza Hut please don’t come here! I order Cinnabons I ask lightly cooked hot burn Cinnabons than I went for a different one I’m now waiting half an hour yet they have not brought it out
First and foremost, the ac is blasted way to high. Felt like a piece of beef in a meat locker. Not sure if it's a sure fire way to prevent bacteria growth for a more sterile environment but me and my family were freezing. Aside from that, the pizza we ordered was tasty and we got a free one bc they messed up on one of them. Sad to say, our pizzas did not stay hot for long due to the chill factor.
The waitress was nice and patient with us and we had a cool time. When we left another family walked in and I immediately saw the woman stiffen up like a cadaver popsicle. Yep, the coldest pizza hut in the northeast.

This place is a great place for eat in pizza the only problem they have is the air conditioning in this place is so cold that you need to have a blanket cause they can't turn it down for any customer who asked to have it turned down . It's a shame cause it's not good to enjoy cold food it should be hot and injoyed.

Dined around 7 and this place really brings me back. Good music my dad loves and family friendly too. Even had transformers on from the 80’s. I had Pizza and wings with my two young ones it was awesome. Boys night out. Waiter was patient with boys, lol, the youngest was tapping him and saying hey. So, the pizza and wings were really good and enjoyable. Pizza had the cheese melted just right on the cheese side and the pepperoni was cooked to a perfect crisp. Wings were tender and the buffalo mild sauce was great. Even got extra mild sauce for the pizza. Love this place. Price is good too especially for going out to eat.

Worst experience I ever had. Store only open for pick-up window only. So I ordered, App said Pizza would be done in 20 min. So I get in line another 10 minutes to get to window. Then girl says ok I will now put your pizza in the oven, Park over there. 15 minutes later she comes out with my pizza.

My kids really enjoy Pizza Hut a lot. I am at Gen Xer with lots of nostalgia for Pizza Hut, so I take the kids, but it was just so much better years ago. There’s not many that you can eat inside of anymore and the one that we go to there is never any people in it. Well, there’s a few families, but most of the time we have the place to ourselves. I just miss the salad bar and the checkered table covers and the red glasses and all that jazz. It is good but where we lived there so many pizza places to choose from. I think they need to do something to up their game to bring people in. Also, for their large pie it was actually pretty small.
