Went there Friday October 11th. The waitress was superb! She was fun and enjoyable. We went there for my daughter's birthday. There were about 13 of us. She took us on and there were no problems! We left her a generous tip.

Pizza Hut used to be so much fun. I went i recently. Very quiet. My wife and I were the only customers. Pizza Hut Pizza doesn't really measure in my book as real pizza, but it is still tasty. The server was very nice. Had a great meal in a nice clean establishment.

Placed an order at 6:30pm. Was told it would be delivered at 7:21pm. Then I received a text that it was coming earlier at 7:05pm. It's now 8:37pm. And no order. Thank god I didn't pay online.

Unfortunately the person who answered the phone doesn't know where they are. I wanted to place an order? They are on South Oxford valley road, I'm on Bristol Oxford valley road. 1.4 miles away. With intelligence as described it's no wonder they are going out of business. I was told that door dash, the delivery service is outside their service area. Wow

The best nostalgia in an updated package. The WHOLE FAMILY had fun. Expect a 35 minute wait for pizza. Appetizers arrive relatively quickly. Will go again!!

The one star isn't for Pizza Hut as a whole. I have been going to Pizza Hut since the 1980's. When it was at it's best. And though it's not half as good I still order pizza. Tonight I ordered two of the Tavern pizzas. What a mistake that was. Should have stayed with the pan pizza. The tavern pizza is equivalent to the $ 1.25 dollar store Celeste frozen pizza. Looks like it, tastes like it. Soon as I open the box I knew it wasn't going to be good. Definitely not worth trying that new pizza. Horrible!

I haven't really eaten inside in a while. I used to order from them a lot but lately the pizza quality has gone down. My crust had no seasoning, even the bread sticks tasted bland and tough. I don't know what happened. Before Pizza Hut used to be the go to pizza franchise but this time it just wasn't there.

I ordered an online order when I arrived at the window the person at the window said my order was not done and it would be a two min wait. I asked her should I come back or wait and she said wait. 5 mins go by I still don’t have my food the car behind me is honking at me so I go in to get my order . The serve by the name of “V” walked pass me I told her I’m here for my order. She prints the order receipt and stares at it so hard and then bring me a box but not my drink. So I told her I got a drink with my order she goes back walks slowly to me and hand me my drink. I asked for a ranch because I got wings and she’s goes the register and says that it would be .82 cents. I paid it. I’m guessing the computer system is outdated because to ring up a ranch sauce it took about 2 mins of me waiting. After I waited in the drive through then waited again for a worker to be available then waited again for my food then my drink. I can see why Pizza Hut isn’t as big as it use to be the quality is lackluster and I’m just not talking about the food.
