I felt very uncomfortable at this location. It was assumed that I was not dining in though I was. I felt rushed and as if my presence was not welcomed. Also, when I decided to express I dining in the staff burst out in laughter. Not sure what for, but it was definitely bad timing. Will not be returning to this particular location.

Customer service wasn't good. Rolls were not the honey oat rolls that are advertised. Didn’t provide me with any utensils, butter, or my receipt when asked for all. Worst experience at this location..

I love salad works, but the location closest to me doesn't give enough dressing and sometimes their ingredients are even spoiling. This saladworks was on point. Plenty of dressing, even amount of toppings, butter for the rolls. I wish this one was closer to me, I'd order all the time.

30$ for a salad and a medium soup is crazy work. I understand prices are going up but that's too much. Oh yeah they closed at 8pm and if you walk in there a minute after 7:01 pm they are not happy about it.

We’ve been grabbing dinner here for a long time - and just recently the menu & pricing must have been reworked.
What used to cost us around $14/ea for a Pick 2 (half portion salad with whatever protein, half a panini) now costs over $21/ea.
By the time we’re checking out, it comes to around $46 for 2 people. That’s ridiculous for *half portions* ! Unless they update their menu again to make a salad more affordable, we won’t be stopping back in.

went in today august 2nd bc someone told me there was a campaign going on to get a free salad .. i was still charged $15 & asked why if someone sent me in due to a sticker on there food stating the campaign.. so i asked about it & got straight attitude from a bigger young man who kept arguing with me.
