Woman was extremely rude when I came to pick up order and couldn't hear what she said and she got angry she had to repeat herself. This place actually USED to be terrific.

This place has great sub rolls and large portions. Pleasant and helpful staff. Lots of great sides to add to your order. Online ordering is easy and food is usually ready pretty quickly. Their godfather sub is my husband's favorite and has zero complaints. I, on the other hand, am not as pleased. I always order the Richmond which is turkey, roast beef and provolone. The past few times the roast beef has been brown/gray and is not appetizing. I will not be ordering roast beef from slacks anymore but I will be back. Honestly everything else is great.

I just order a turkey hoagie with everything advertised on it which was provolone cheese, turkey, lettuce and tomato all I did was added onions and mayo. I literally received a roll with nothing but turkey and lettuce on, clearly they don't read their tickets throughly enough if half my toppings and more were missed

Average food, very small portions. No grown man should order a hoagie or cheesesteak here. Lol. Employees have always been fine. The inside is decent. Not fancy, but not trashy or unclean. There are tables to eat inside. They give you a card, where you get a free sandwich after buying so many sandwiches from them, but that takes a while and isn’t enough to entice me to return. With all of the better options in the area, I will rarely ever go here, if at all.

Food was very good but older man, who is taking the orders with the glasses at the front was very rude and rushed us while we were putting in our order and even rushed us as we were picking up our order. With rushing us, he did not get our order right and one of our items and our order was completely wrong and we ended up paying like three or four dollars extra we should have. I think next time he should just use his ears instead of rushing his customers and cutting them off when they talk. In customer service listening as your greatest friend.

Great food at a reasonable price. I enjoy ordering online from here.

Food sucks! Homesberg is horrible no taste. Broccoli Bites horrible. No whole broccoli at all.Not what they used to be.

Slack's is a family staple, my late Aunt Annette, the entire family get's together each year at Valley Green for a picnic on the bench my Uncle Joe, her sisters husband built over 15 years ago! Each year we go to Slack's and enjoy an awesome meal as a Family, never disappointed and their customer service is always top notch. Thank You Slack's Hoagie Shack

Great staff, great hoagies. My go to for a good hoagie or catering for a party. The staff is always very friendly, down to earth, and willing to help! Would highly recommend.

Slack's is always great! Good food, and friendly service no matter when you go!Just went back today - great hoagie!Also worth noting that this location clearly states that someone who is homeless or in a bad way can come in and get something to eat any time they are open - a class act all the way around!
