My husband and I came here at 10:50pm and they said they were closed when they were open till 11pm and actually said if we have a complaint we should post a review. If you are open till 11, you should not deny service 10 minutes before you close…not good customer service at all

Cleaner than most, so full points for atmosphere. But, honestly, I've just about given up on this BK location - more often than not, they get the order wrong in some way, with incorrect or missing items. I believe these are honest mistakes, but with extremely high turnover (like any fast food place), there's an endless supply of new honest mistakes, and management isn't training well enough to prevent or catch them. Check your order carefully, especially at the drive through.

i literally just left from here traveling with my husband and our THREE small kids. We stopped to get BK before getting back on the road… the burger king is empty right… so they give us our food and my husbands passing things in the back to the kids.. yes we’re still in the EMPTY drive thru and the manager proceeds to tell us (maybe because we took 15 seconds too long for her liking) IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE YOU NEED?
my husband says no and continues to give the kids their kids meals.. we spent $30 ? she says “We’re on a timer” My husband says okay we’re almost finished and starts to pull off and she then says “KEEP MOVING..” for what? that was the most silly encounter I have ever experienced. Not to mention we just spent OUR money at this establishment and weren’t doing anything wrong.. but this is why people are quick to say racist because the actions displayed definitely made me feel that way. please do better :/ we were literally just giving our kids their food. Sorry we took too long in your drive thru ????
