Normally, I'd give it a 5, but this evening they appeared understaffed and rudderless .. the chicken nuggets were not ready (understandable) so I was directed to pull over to wait. After ~10 mins, I went in. Still took a good while to be seen - but eventually was given my order. Noted also the frozen coke was not really frozen. Much better at other times. I like BK and this site. The staff there are good young people! Just being honest about the experience.

I have always had good experiences here. Food is to the standard of all other Burger Kings I have ever been to and the employees are always very friendly. I have also never had a long wait for my food.
