About a month ago, got pan pizza. It was raw in the middle. Tonight got thin crust. Tasted awful. They didn't do extra cheese as ordered. The cheese tasted funny. The chicken smelled rotten and tasted spoiled. The delivery charge went up. Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered through the app at 12:27am. I received a call back from the store saying carry out was no longer an option for the night. I was told I was still able to do delivery. They asked for my address and told me it would be twenty minutes.
My initial order used a carry-out special coupon. I would have liked if I was reminded the price would change if my order was no longer carry-out. Perhaps I should have connected those dots myself. But if she had quoted a price, I would have caught it. I was caught off guard by the $11 price increase, plus the delivery charge. Notifying the guest of these things seems to be the responsibility of the restaurant.

I order a large pizza all the time for delivery. Then today I'm forced to buy more which they said was 5 bucks more I got 3 bucks more amd they said that works. I'm furious and never wanna order delivery again. That's absolutely not cool. Ordering 1 pizza for delivery is normal.

Great pizza, great drinks, but from my experience, sometimes they barely add toppings or sauce, sometimes they at too much sauce and toppings. Wish they would add the perfect amount each time, but we can never be perfect, especially with pizzas.
Parking: Limited number of parking spots.
Wheelchair accessibility: No inclines in the building, perfect for wheelchairs (I am not disabled nor in a wheelchair, just from sight.)

Food was burnt, cardboard for the new York style. We threw it away didn't eat not 1 piece. Will never buy again.
YOU CAN ADD TOPINGS TO EVRRYTHING ELSE EXCEPT THE SANDWHICHES LIKE....STEAKUM CHEESE MUSHROOM, GREEN PEPPER HOT SANDWHICHES. I WILL STILL ORDER THOSE BUT IF THE CUSTOMER WITHIN REASON SHOULD BE ABLE TO ORDER & PAY ADDITIONAL ITEMS. OTHERWISE I DON'T ORDER MUCH, ESPECISLLY THE GLUTIN FREE 7 INCH PIZZA WAS OVER 15.00...BIT STEEP AND NEED TO OFFER TRADITIONSL PIZZA SAUCE, NOT EVERYONE LIKE MARINARA. THE STAFF IS GREAT, VERY ACCOMADATING WHERE THEY ARE ALOUD AND CAN JOKE & LAUGH WITH THEM. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND TO PEOPLE.

I ordered an emergency pizza on Friday January 12, 2024. It was by far the best pizza I have had from here !! Kudos to whoever was on shift at 10:30 a.m ! I appreciate the time you took to make the pizza phenomenal!

This place and its employees are a joke. Go to Sabos instead. Country fair pizza would even be a better option so you don’t have to deal with the people who work here and their horrible service. Apparently making a pizza and getting an order correctly is to hard of a task.
