My partner & I got milkshakes. We both liked them. I paid for a medium & a large. I might have actually gotten a small & a large instead, but after the 10-15 minute wait with 0 customers in line before us, we were ready to get going, and just took the milkshakes & left.
I found it strange that my partner placed his order before going to the bathroom, but they didn't make the thing until after: 1. he got out of the bathroom, 2. I placed my order, 3. I also went to the bathroom, and 4. after they made my shake.
If you only want a tasty treat, this place is ok. If efficiency is important to you, and getting your order perfect is absolutely necessary, you might be disappointed.
A recommendation to any dissatisfied customers with actual major issues such as those needing medical care: contact the better business bureau if you want this place to do better.
The people in this store are not only incompetent but so incredibly rude and disrespectful. I placed an order hours ahead of time only to be told once someone was already there to pick it up that they not only hadn’t prepared it, but they DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE ITEMS. They called me and tried to replace it with something completely different, insisting that it “didn’t matter because the price was the same” even though the flavors were completely different and not even comparable. They were trying to brush it off like it didn’t matter because the price was the same, but why would I order one thing way ahead of time if I was okay with receiving whatever trash the store had on the shelf when the time came to pick it up? The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude as well which just made the situation worse. I would never place an order here for any kind of event, or even just place an order in general because they won’t be able to deliver what they promise. If something is out of stock that should be reflected on the site, and if an order is placed ahead of time they should be able to receive their product.
I have been a regular customer here for 7 years. Service is always prompt and they really prioritize on good customer service. Products are always fresh and I can safely say this place has been consistent every single time I visit. There are a few Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and this one is actually out of my way but I deliberately choose to make the trip to this one
They kicked us out it was 9:50 they close at 10 and she wanted us to pay before we finished ordering will not be coming back she also wasn’t wearing any gloves nasty places
I haven't been to Baskin Robbins in years and was really excited to go again to get some ice cream. I figured I would use the drive thru to save time only to pull up and see they have everything listed but the flavors of ice cream they offer. I looked all over the menu and didn't see any flavors listed. Like how can you have a drive thru and not list the flavors of ice cream that you have? It makes no sense. Needless to say I drove off and Baskin Robbins lost a sale. I will not be returning the foreseeable future. Do better basking Robbins.
I took my kids to have icecream and the Client Rep named Amlu was very nice to us. She faithfully took our orders and gave us best service. She maintained smile and made us all happy. I love to go to this store to make my kids happy.
I have a nut allergy. I carefully ordered ice cream flavors I know are safe for me. Had my order delivered and the first mouthful I took was full of nuts. Was able to spit most of them out and so far have not needed to Epipen. Have called them several times, left a message...no one picks up or seems concerned that they served Pralines and Cream instead of Twix to a person who indicated that they had an allergy. Stay away.
Both my kids has foodborne illness from this Dunkin’ Donuts they had frozen chocolate and a chocolate milkshake they both throw up multiple times and been using the bathroom for the past 1 hour and counting I called them multiple times they did not answer wanted to let them know what happened so they can investigate and throw away the bad items, and no one else will get sick. ANSWER YOUR PHONE hopefully you see this, so you can take ACTION.

This place is run by such nice and welcoming people! Their two-scoop ice cream portion is others's three ? will definitely get back again. Thanks, guys, you're awesome ?

i came here 1 minute to close hoping to get a ice cream bc i really wanted ice cream and everywhere was closed. ken the worker was the only one there and it was closed. he could’ve said they were closed and not let me get anything but instead he let me get a milkshake. that’s dedication right there! he was such a nice guy literally coolest dude ever! god bless him! give that man ken a raise!!

The service is terrible. I go to order a brownie a la mode and the two employees who were there took 5 minutes to serve me. When I proceeded to order they happily told me that I have to wait 20 minutes for the employee to arrive to prepare my ice cream because none of them Of the two who were working knew how to prepare it. Such a simple thing to do. Really, the managers and the owner must take action on the matter because it is mediocrity. If they are not going to really give good service, close it to have so many mediocre employees and ineptitude. Do not support them, they are useless.

Completely incompetent and out of stock of all specialty items. The people are as helpful as a cold sore. Avoid this location!!!I look forward to whatever takes it's place in the very near future. A parking lot would do better business.
Try to get ice cream for the 3rd time, and they never have any ice cream.
