My visit to this store sucked. They were out of all the potato sides and chicken sandwiches. We waited in the empty dining room for 19 minutes for 4 meals. The dining room looks like it has never been vacuumed or cleaned. From the boxes on most tables it looks like they are using the dining room for storage. We got our food and checked the order in the car. We were missing 1 of our 4 meals. The cashier had it ready by the time I came back. The chicken pot pie tasted like it was cooked in a burnt pot. My wife's 3 piece chicken Meal only came with 2 pieces. The kids mac and cheese was very salty . The chicken was tasty though. I will probably not give them a second chance.

It always looks dark, like it's closed, but the IHOP that used to be there was the same way. People are nice and the wait isn't too bad. Food is good, but the need to make sure the prices written are what they are charging. I bought cornbread that had $3.49 written on the container, but was charged $4.99. didn't catch it until I had already left.

I just picked up food there. The chicken was horribly overcooked, black on the leg and wing...Yes, black. You could not eat the leg or wing.. It is very easy to predict when these restaurants will go out of business.....This one will very soon.....Also, dining room was dirty even though we didnt eat there. Gross.

The food was not fresh. Everything tasted old and reheated. The food was very dry and they didn't put gravy on anything. They also forgot to put the drinks with the kids meal and made substitutions for sides that were not available without first asking me. I like Boston Market, but I would avoid this location

Darren provided great service and my chicken does not come burnt like the other locations! Thank you ☺️ would recommend! He had a nice and friendly attitude. He was informative with the deals and I am very impressed with this Boston market experience.

I was a bit scared after reading the reviews but we loved it. My wife and I had some fresh food, quick and great service. Jemel is running a one man show and definitely deserves a raise for his great service. You don’t meet people like him everyday!

Walked in to make an order place is empty. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. Said excuse me a few times no answer. Place was a ghost town. Not a single person walked out from the back. That’s some horrible service. For a place that looks new and trying to get customers that’s not the way to do it. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Not recommended

The staff were incredibly polite and attentive! They really took customer service to the next level! From what I could see of the kitchen, it looked perfectly clean. The order was correct and the food was good! We will certainly visit this Boston Market again!

They was not professional pans was falling dawn mot wear mass, they took long time to give the food it was just not a good experience at all.

Can’t ever ask for a better experience at a store Darren and Tim were super friendly and were full of life and were extremely patient considering all the questions I had regarding there menu amazing job and the food was great will definitely be coming here again !!!!
