Stopped at this Burger King last night and stood at the counter for approximately 10 minutes while manager and counter person continued to fill orders. One young man asked if I needed something. I said, yes, I would like to place an order. He informed the counter person and they just kind of shrugged it off. No one even said, I'll be with you in a minute. After being ignored I finally left. I went to McDonalds and was in and out in 5 minutes.
I’ve been going to this Burger King for almost 7 years and this morning I had the absolute worst customer service! Azim who normally takes my order from drive thru he is very kind and pleasant, he told me my total for my order this morning and asked me to pull around to the next window like he always does.
