Was here a few weeks ago and ordered the new fried pickle whopper. I received the wrong ingredients on the whopper. Management replace my order with correct one. Fair enough.

I went back today because I was in the area. Ordered to pick up via drive thru for me and my son. I made the mistake of not looking in the bag once I received it. Ordered a large fry and it was half filled. Ordered chicken fries for my son and there was no BBQ sauce. Avoid this location.

Kid-friendliness: Kids play room was a bit on the small side but found it great during the week days when less busy, great for Grandparents!

Ordered online. The woman at the window was very nice but my orders we COMPLETELY WRONG. Like unbelievably wrong. Andy thing that we wanted “extra” of (pickle, onion, etc) was totally removed. Anything I wanted removed, there was extra of. I ended up with a burger with extra mayo and nothing else. Another burger had three tiny pieces of lettuce on it. It was so frustrating. Don’t go there if you expect anyone to be able to read there. Apparently “extra pickle” means no pickle. And “no mayo” means extra mayo. It was really sad. I’m legitimately concerned someone can’t read

Burgers are usually great, but this restaurant has an issue with keeping hot fries or hot hash browns, also management team needs to inspect the oil, fries and hash browns are always cold and oily from old oil.

Just spent $22 in the drive through to get fries so left over the bag tasted more fresh. Unacceptable snd shame on you. I’ll be disputing the charge on my card.

The food was good but not great. The woman at the counter was not very friendly. The eating area was dirty, and my table was sticky. I've been to the Buther King in WARMINSTER which is a much better place to go to

I dont know what it is about this place… but they literally never get your order right. I had the cashier repeat the order back to me and they still messed up every single sandwich. The people who work late at night close earlier than their hours online state and are just pure lazy. I always try to be fair but I have the same problem everytime i try it. This was the last time.

It was ok, sometimes during lunch, it has to be fast and whatever till dinner time. I am disappointed thou in BKs onion rings. Maybe they changed the formula, idk but overall was fine. Customer service was good when I was there

After a terrible experience with our food that we ordered through the mobile app, we attempted to get a refund. Oh what an ordeal. NEVER USE THE MOBILE APP!!! I was told to get the refund I would have to contact the third party that operates the mobile app. They would not give me a refund even though the manager at the store had approved it. After much back and forth with Asst. Manager Caroline, who was wonderful, Asst. Manager Austin, who was polite, GM Tanisha ended up helping after getting NO SUPPORT from her superior. Such a shame that Burger King offers such little assistance to their staff. The staff at this location is so good, I just may have to give Burger King another try even though I WILL NEVER USE THE APP AGAIN!!! Thanks again Tanisha, you're the best!!!!
