I rarely write reviews, but this time I had to do it…every time I come to this location esp fries never fresh, and the oil in which they make them old because fries had bad taste to it… - like old oil that been used and re used . I am had fast food in Europe and it’s like you eating out in 5 star restaurant and in US it’s so so bad food always look like they feeding pigs not people….

I just went through the drive thru for an ice cream cone. The kids working were efficient taking my order. Polite when I asked for the cone to be put into a cup so I could drive.

Unreal experience here. Had, no lie, 9 people in the drive thru behind me waiting. Once I got to the window I sat there for 20 minutes not even an exaggeration! 25 minutes if we're being exact. I ordered at 9:50 according to my receipt and didn't receive my order until 10:15. I wouldve drove away if the girl didn't take my card and payment already. People that already ordered were driving away left and right. Not a single update from staff on what's going on or why it is taking so long, just them looking at me through the drive thru window which made me uncomfortable. They were not busy in the store as I could see the counter. There was nobody there besides a few stragglers that got their food Immediately but there was no line whatsoever.

I've never experienced anything like this ever at any FAST food restaurant in my life.

You ready for the kicker?? My food was cold and sitting next to the drive thru window the entire time. And what made this even worse is they gave me medium sized items when I ordered a large.

This experience was harrowing enough that I think I'll stick to other BK locations from now on. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes for my food in such an uncomfortable situation I would've gotten delivery. At least then I wouldn't have been uncomfortable.

Went here. Waited 20 minutes before someone took my order in the drive-thru. Then another 10 to get the food. Then after all that, my food was not what I ordered ams then I waited inside to get my food and it took at least another 35 minutes.

We ordered four Crispy Chicken Sandwiches, the Chicken used in the sandwich tasted really awfull. It had a real bad bitter aftertaste, I feel like you guys use the same oil over and over again. I hope you guys try to change these kind of problems in the future. One thing I appreciate is the drive thru service, there was this really nice employee named Wendy, she was really nice.

Customer service through the drive-thru and all was very good but the food was very bad.....the chicken was uncooked and it had a sour aftertaste..(it was like bad oil frying aftertaste..)
