“The freezer is full of delicious cakes, with a great variety including seasonal ones. I’ve enjoyed this cake before, and it’s wonderful to see and taste it again—absolutely delightful!”

This place could use some help. One chest freezer which would normally contain ~12 flavors is empty, with no explanation. A few of the tubs in the other freezer are empty. There are about 9 flavors to choose from.

And on the plus side, the ice cream tastes decent! 🎉

Having driven 7 miles to get here, we each settled on something doable, when our preferred flavors weren't available. We each tried to get a waffle bowl, but they're out, and can't make more. So instead I ordered a chocolate dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. Aaand i got a chocolate dipped cone sans sprinkles, again, with no explanation.

In addition, the ice cream is melty, and there's a sour milk odor. My boyfriend says it's a fat-dirty-people odor, but i don't know.

When we got there, there were no customers. But the tables were dirty. We sat at a dirty table with dried, spilled ice cream.

Then I went to the bathroom to wash my hands later. One bathroom had no lock & no soap. The other was only missing all paper products.

All in all, not worth an 7 mile drive. Or even a 3 mile drive, for that matter....

Place needs a lot of cleaning and more people working there. Apparently the person running this place seems to be ok with only having one opener. Never going there again. This place needs a sanitation inspection. I even ended up putting myself a caution wet sign and grabbing napkins to dry the wet floor.

Customer service sucks. Not greeted when you walk in no smile on his face.he looks he’s beat up with work or life 🙄. Doesn’t mix ice cream well also they have gone down on quality. Bro if you don’t like you job please quite or find some better hobby for yourself. This location needs to Management change. I’ll report to corporate for sure cuz it needs change or close location.

10/10 will be back

Customer service sucks. None of the workers acknowledge you when you walk in. They also took someone else’s order that came after me. Smh

The quart of ice cream that I bought that was premade & took home was freezer burnt and had ice crystals all throughout it.

nice place but very desolate and not what it once was.. i wish there was a bigger assortment of flavors and this cold stone feels like it really died down from what it once was. still really nice for some quick ice cream and service is great

Ordered a custom cake which was perfect. Owner also gave my husband a free ice cream for his birthday. They have dairy free options. Inside though is very cramped and often hot.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

I’ve never experienced this kind of terrible customer service before. The manager was condescending, told me I should have picked up my order, and hung up on me twice. As well as, zero care for the order being incorrect.

I had pre-ordered a birthday cake with a custom birthday message from the CS in feasterville. When you order, it does not specify that a third party will deliver the cake. You can place a schedule time, which I did. The did not offer any assistance and rushed to get off the phone. He told me I should have picked up the cake or find out who the third party delivery service is, and then he hung up on me - no have a good day or call back if it’s not delivered or I’ll look into it. He did not want to be bothered.

Then he called me back stating door dash will deliver it and hung up.

I received my order BUT the custom message of “happy birthday” was not written on it.

I called CS back and the manager did not care, not one bit. Said he couldn’t do anything about it. Also, the manager tried saying that I did not order a custom message— it’s on the receipt that was tagged to the bag and in my email.

The manager is extremely rude, lack professional customer service, no apology, no offer of discount or a free dessert.

I hope no one wastes their time with cold stone. I’ll never give them my money.

Very hot inside location. The girl who helped me was very kind. I was expecting it to feel like other locations when you walk in but was disappointed when I started to break into a sweat just ordering. They have a huge ice cream fridge completely empty right when you walk in, I thought they were closing! Hopefully they turn the ac on!
