I have been to over 150 DND domestic and international. This location has been the most consistent for me over the past 3 years. I can't think of a single time I had an issue with my drink order. I always order on the go and walk in. My go to for a Nitro cb, shaken espresso or just a plain coffee. My mother loves the lattes here when she visits on the weekend. This location is on the larger side, especially for this area, plenty of room inside. The staff is always friendly and the place is clean. 5 š

You know itās a real shame that every Duncan that I go to whether I get a coffee for my friend or a hot tea for myself either they dumped the sugar in it and if they donāt stir it or they donāt even put any sugar in it whatsoever, how hard is it to make a cup of coffee or a cup of tea? HOSPITAL. I got insane food poisoning from a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich. Only thing I ate that day. I should send my hospital bill. I thought I was going to DIE. I would sue if I could.

Ordered hot chocolate and munchkins at the counter. While getting my order, one of the men sneezed. That's when I noticed NO ONE was wearing gloves. He also grabbed all 6 cups with his bare fingers holding INSIDE the cups - after smeezing!!! DISGUSTING!! I'll never go thru drive thru - you have NO idea how they're handling your food. I'm DONE with DD.

12/09 Monday @6:50AM Taking my siblings to school and decided to get coffee for them, the manager that was at the window has horrible customer services!!! She had a hard time hearing us so after the 3x time, she angrily told us to pull up and then proceeded to carry the high tone. I told her okay calm down , we said it 3x - she then pointed at the TWO cars behind me and said Iām starting a line and i told her āokay ? And itās part of your job?ā So she got even more mad, told me to leave and started taking the other peopleās order that were BEHIND me in the drive thru. Mind you , this happened all in like 3-5 minutes. Iām a general manager and never in my life would I talk to someone the way she did. I felt awful for the workers, you could tell they were confused by her actions as well. Lady didnāt take her meds. Sad, Never had any problems here till now.

I was gonna buy something but wanted to use the restroom first, one of the employees was using the customer restroom when they have their own separate one that's locked and was in there for around 10-15 minutes, when he walked out and I saw it was an employee, I used the restroom and left. Very disappointed.

Ordered pineapple mango refresher and it tasted like it had no sugar. Also ordered snackin bacon that taste like it was left in the fridge overnight and they grabbed it out of the fridge not warming it up or nothing. Horrible service took forever to make 3 things that was cold because the bagel I ordered was suppose to be toasted and wasnt. Will never come to this dunkin again woyld of went back for a refund and returned all the food i ordered but had to get back to work in time
