Not sure what’s going on here lately or if there are new people that have been hired but every single time I come here nowadays they mess up my order — and when I go inside the older lady has an attitude? It literally says on the sticker my order and you get annoyed at me for trying to rectify it? It’s my money lol ? This has been the 5th time my order has been messed up

Ignorant staff on 12/1/24 in afternoon. Had us pull out front to wait for food & didn’t bring it out so we had to go inside anyway. Food was sitting on counter getting cold. Also didn’t toast the cream cheese bagel for the second time in a row. Go to 2451 Lincoln Hwy location, it’s much better than this location.

When you order without any issues, they are nice and friendly. when you complain about anything, the man that makes the drinks starts yelling, shouting, blaming you and plop the drink onto the table. I would not come here.

5 star will go to the nice female cashier that smiles and friendly.ZERO stars will go to all the MEN in the shift that are standing without doing nothing and let me wait for small hot coffee. They just stood there and did nothing. They weren’t even cars at the drive-through. Lack of efficiency at its best.
It’s a little unfair to review a place I didn’t eat at. Maybe if they had been open during their posted business hours I could have left a better review? Alas, they were closed.

I usually don't use the order ahead on the mobile app(horrific prior experiences ) but today I chose to & I'm glad I did! While there was definitely a line(it's the AM & helloooooo COFFEE!) The short wait was well worth it for the quality of the food & the service received! ? If y'all don't already have it, try the mobile app! Great bonuses (discounted or free food), and the option to order ahead, exactly what you want (at least at this location) are well with it! 10/10 recommend!
Parking: While in front of the store, parking is limited, there is a back lot with plenty of parking accommodations!
Kid-friendliness: These folks at this store have been super sweet to my kiddos! Always with a smile for them?
Wheelchair accessibility: While it appears that there's a step up the entire way around the building... There IS a small concrete ramp section at the opposite end of the structure! Sometimes ya just gotta look a bit closer! ?
