We visited this Five Guys location on Sunday 8/17 and it was exceptionally clean and delicious. The employees were very kind- specifically Kareem and Alvina.

I am extremely upset with the way this Five Guys location handles orders. On two separate occasions, I placed an order through Grubhub and both times my food was mishandled. Most recently, I waited over an hour only to have my order canceled because my food was given away to someone else. This is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
A restaurant should have clear systems in place to check names and receipts before handing out food. Instead, this location seems to give orders away at random, with no regard for the paying customer who is left hungry and waiting. To have this happen more than once shows a total lack of accountability and proper training.
Five Guys is supposed to stand for quality and reliability, but this store has failed on both fronts. Serious retraining and management oversight are badly needed. Customers deserve better than this level of carelessness.

Did not like Five Guts at all. Too expensive, burgers are a joke, they are so small. I am sorry I ever went. I could have gotten a much better meal for the money, at Iron Oven. Sorry but not worth the money.

Rude and not sanitary. I ordered through DoorDash pickup. When I arrived and told them my name the short woman manager was clearly making fun of how my name was pronounced. All while the kid in the back making food was coughing without gloves all around. I ended up canceling my order with DoorDash with a full refund due to rude staff and unsanitary staff. Why would I pay for an overpriced burger when the kid is coughing all over the fries and station?
I ordered lunch for my office from this location a few days. The numbers on the burgers were all wrong, so we had to open each burger and pull the bun off to be sure everyone got the correct burger. Not the end of the world, but frustrating. In the end, one burger was missing so I called to let them know. The lady I spoke with was challenging me on the missing sandwich, she said she did the order and knows it was all there, so I took that time to let her know about the frustration with the wrong numbering. In the end they said they would re-make on burger, but my one employee had a job to get to, and there wouldn’t be enough time to wait, pick it up, and eat it - so he just ate some fries. I requested a refund but they said I would have to come in to get a refund - even though I paid online. I did not end up going back, so no refund, we just wont be ordering there again.

I ordered online. Waited about 5 minutes to go. Once there I waited another 35 minutes for my food. Burgers weren’t great. They put BBQ sauce on my girlfriend’s burger when she ordered A1 and added way too many pickles.
High quality burger chain. This location is clean, food was prepared well.

I had a frustrating experience at Five Guys recently. When I ordered a hamburger from the menu, the employee taking my order gave me an unnecessary attitude. She asked, “Do you want a cheeseburger or a regular hamburger? I don’t understand. And do you want a single or double?” It’s pretty straightforward—if I wanted cheese, I would’ve said cheeseburger. If I wanted a single patty, I would’ve said little hamburger, which is clearly listed on the menu.
The tone she used made me feel like my order was a problem, even though I was simply ordering something directly off their menu. I get that people can have different preferences, but this level of confusion and attitude over a basic order is unprofessional and unnecessary.
Disappointed with the customer service this time—it really soured my experience.

Good food
Be careful if you’re coming for the famous five guys shake. They don’t serve milkshakes here so you’ve got to find another location
