Very crowded and narrow lines between buffets.

There was a strange smell in the place, the food didn't seem like it tasted the way it was supposed to. Most of the staff was friendly. It was a little pricey for the food not tasting that great.

Fresh tasty quality selection of foods and sushi. Did not try hibachi this time but will definitely be going back and will try it. Only thing I put in my plate that I didn't like was general Taos chicken. It was tough.

I went to this place not really expecting much, but once I was there, I was completely satisfied.
They have so many great things to choose from.
The food was fresh, well prepared and plentiful.
The service was good and the waiter we had was very friendly, attentive and hard working.
It was a bit expensive, but absolutely worth it, money well spent.
We had an excellent experience and I look forward to going back!!
I highly recommend this restaurant and it's definitely one of the better places I've been to in awhile.

It wasn't as unique as I thought it would be. Meaning it's selling point for me was the 200 different choices. It was no different than most buffet style restaurants. The service was slow, and there's a fundamental problem when a service business customer service personnel that speak a different language around the customers. It can make the customers uneasy. If I'm in your area and you're speaking your native tongue while you're helping me I'm not going to know if you're talking about me. The biggest downside was everything I ate was cold regardless of it supposing to be hot.

Questionable food quality. $50 per person but you get bottom dollar seafood. Not worth it. Everything tasted really off.
The best seafood in this area, lots of seafood options, some of them I have never seen in any other buffets at the same price around this area. Desserts are very good as well especially the mocha cake.

The food at Jumbo Seafood Buffet was actually very delicious and fresh — I would easily give the food itself 5 stars. However, our overall experience was disappointing.
First, the pricing was very confusing and expensive. When we entered, we were not clearly told the total cost. At the end, the bill turned out to be much higher than expected. We later realized that prices depend on children’s age/appearance. My 10-year-old daughter was charged as an adult because she “looked older,” and the same situation happened to my friend’s child. This did not feel fair.
Another issue was cleanliness around the dining area. While we were eating, we saw a large cockroach near our table. We called the staff, and they quickly removed it, but it was still very unpleasant and concerning.
The service was also not professional. The staff were quite rude, and a 15% tip was automatically added. Our server appeared unprofessional and overly personal — talking a lot about himself and even asking our children personal questions like where their parents are from.
Overall, while the food quality is excellent, the pricing, service, and hygiene issues need serious improvement. I would not return because of these reasons
I ate here yesterday and received food poisoning because of it. I will never eat here again.
