The Kettle is a local favorite. The service and food are consistently great. Staff are friendly and there’re lots of choices (food and beer). Take-out has lots of grab-and-go choices.

We love their seafood combo. We share it. I usually order during the week between 4 pm and 5 pm, and the order is done promptly.

If you want to hear insults and misinformed people, today this is the place. The counter staff are usually professional, but today, the staff were loudly talking about politics. Saying democrats are crazy and stupid people. I believe the woman was of Russian decent speaking with a heavy accent. Note,I've been a patron since 1993. This is my first ever complaint.

Counter girl was excellent at her job and very caring too my needs and wants. I ordered a pint of snapper soup along with some sherry on the side. I give the soup a 9 out of 10. I also ordered a fried seafood combo, all in all it was very over cooked to my liking and I think the fryer oil was in need of cleaning and changing. My shrimp where definitely inedible along with scallops. Flounder portion and whatever the other thing in the meal where very small. But the fries were perfect so I score that meal a 6 out of 10. I also ordered a deviled crab cake sandwich, which all I got was just the crab cake inside a container.... No roll or bun or anything else. And the cake was very bland and lacking flavor! I score that 4 out of 10. I've now been let down 4 out of my last 7 visits. But I have faith they will get back to there golden years, hopefully and possibly eventually. I've been eating there since I was 5 years old, and Ive seen the majority of stores and eateries close there doors. I would hate to see the Kettle laid to rest. P.s. can you please bring back those gigantic oysters you used to sell for many years, I really miss those beauties! God bless

Took a quart of New England Clam Chowder home to try. I honestly never had something so bad. Unless I was mistakenly given an herb, potato and onion soup this was not anything close to being a New England Clam Chowder. Won't be going back.

Haven't been here in years. Everything we had in our takeout order was great. Seafood combo and a Baltimore crabcake sandwich. I got an order of onion rings priced as your typical side, but it was huge! Enough for 3 people. We were also pleasantly suprised at the prices. Very reasonable for seafood. Sorry I haven't been back sooner. I highly recommend. The food, the prices, the service and all in a timely fashion, excellent. I'll be back for sure.

Wonderful food, all homemade, nothing outsourced. The customer service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Not only a great place for seafood but one of those few places left where everybody knows your name.

This is a landmark in sharing a relative location as well as the primary spot to go for seafood. In the many years as a patron, the staff has consistently been efficient and kind. It's that great place you find comfort in with a welcoming atmosphere in the longtime owner/employees!

This establishment only has Take-Out and the bar and restaurant has been closed since Covid.Their seafood is still one of the best in Bucks County so don't let that fool you!I gave a 3 Star rating for the atmosphere since it only has take-out and no seating area.

Updating this review as of January 2024. The past few times we've eaten here something has changed. Fried chicken is much smaller and dry, shrimp is smaller, lobster tail is smaller and yet all prices are same as original sizes. Quality of meals has definitely gone down. We've gone here for 30+ years and something has changed. I hope it gets rectified. They had the best seafood.Love this local staple. Quality remains the same after all these years. Excellent seafood and wonderful local establishment.
