I placed a GrubHub order for pickup. While I hold deep respect for Japanese culture and people, I would like to respectfully request improvements to the pickup experience and customer service. Upon arrival, the cashier did not acknowledge me, as he appeared to be occupied with a phone call. I waited over seven minutes before being assisted. Even after I confirmed both my name and phone number, he still asked me to pull up the order—despite it being the only order visibly ready on the pickup table. On a positive note, the food was excellent, and I want to commend the chefs for their outstanding work.

Had a great experience at Kyoto Sushi! Ordered the Magical Roll, Halo Roll, and Spicy Crab Rolls, and they were all absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and the servers were super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving fresh and tasty sushi

Ordered yaki soba chicken with a little spice, got a plate full of noodles swimming in oil instead. Asked for my dish to be remade and manager told me no. My wife ordered salmon that was dry and smothered in sauce to cover up the tasteless fish. This is a typical greasy Chinese restaurant disguised as a higher end Japanese sushi place.

We have been going here for a couple of times. Last night was the last time we ever set foot in this place. There was an issue with their burners, and it delayed eating for an inexcusable length of time. When talking to staff, they refused to fairly compensate the bill. Most of all, they refused to give me the name of the owner!!! Poor customer service!!! By the way, it's customers that keep you in business!!!
