I placed a GrubHub order for pickup. While I hold deep respect for Japanese culture and people, I would like to respectfully request improvements to the pickup experience and customer service. Upon arrival, the cashier did not acknowledge me, as he appeared to be occupied with a phone call. I waited over seven minutes before being assisted. Even after I confirmed both my name and phone number, he still asked me to pull up the order—despite it being the only order visibly ready...
Had a great experience at Kyoto Sushi! Ordered the Magical Roll, Halo Roll, and Spicy Crab Rolls, and they were all absolutely delicious. The service was quick, and the servers were super friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving fresh and tasty sushi
