Starving just stopped here first time in this Manhattan begal but have been to others and never disappointed. However I just got an Empire State Turkey sandwich & it had only 2 slices of turkey about. The entire sandwich was basically onion, mayo and one thin piece of lettuce. Idk what I did I'd planned on tipping with cash after eating but not after that. So sad they just ruined my favorite sandwich for me..

Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly and kind. It honestly adds so much to the experience when people remember you and greet you like an old friend. That kind of warmth and personal touch means a lot to me.

The food? Always fresh, always delicious. My family has tried a variety of items on their menu, and most of the time, our expectations are fully met. Our all-time favorite is the Nova Lox bagel -- thanks to them, we discovered the magic of salmon, red onion, and capers. We love it so much we even recreate it at home when we’re too busy to stop by.

I also highly recommend ordering through their website -- it’s super convenient. Your order is usually ready in about 10 minutes, and they’ve never let us down.

The place is always clean and well cared for, including the bathroom: every time I’ve used it, it’s been tidy and maintained. It’s also nice to see that they clearly care about the community and respect those who serve.

All in all, this is one of those local gems where you feel good walking in -- and even better walking out with your bagel 🤤😍

Come here with my youngest after school drop offs and we are greeted by the man who takes the orders. He always has a smile on his face and is extremely polite. My daughter loves coming in here !
