Ordered a Happy Meal with a drink upgrade. Nuggets were hard and cold, the fries were very very old, there was no Toy and they replaced my drink with something completely different. I only ordered food from here to get the toy and was let down in so many ways I didn't know was possible.

I am a returning customer, as this McDonalds is closest to me. Whether it be eating-in, taking out, or a Uber Eats order, this place never fails to disappoint me. 70% of the time with the drive-thru, the employees take SEVERAL minutes to even come up and respond, I’m lucky if they’re even trying to do their jobs properly. I understand working at a McDonalds can be… well not so great, but this is lowkey ridiculous. Every time I order out or get it delivered, they NEVER GIVE a straw. How hard is it to give people a SINGLE straw? Also, ranch cups? I pay for those. They’re not freebies we get to just grab, the least you can do is put them in the bag. Come on! Always negative too, you’re lucky if they even so much as smile at you. I don’t recommend, I only go here because it’s the most convenient.
