Rude grown man working there with terrible attitude
Saw a large mouse or rat crawling along the wall in kitchen when waiting in line. Informed cashier. She seemed not to care and shrugged her shoulders. I immediately left the restaurant. Used to always go there to eat while getting my bikes worked on at Guy’s, for decades. Quality has gone down dramatically past 2 years and management seems to lack pride in their work and are complacent with potential health violations along with poor quality food and customer service. ...read full review
Don't let these negative reviews from people whose whole personality is just hating half of the country for political views detour you. The team members here are friendly, service was quick, food was as expected for McDonald's. Overall I'd say this location is comparable to any other well ran McDonald's.

McDonald's offers a consistent dining experience with food that is generally satisfactory. The hash browns are crispy, and the service can be friendly. The portion sizes are massive, and the burgers, like the biggest quarter pounders, are tremendous. The fries are crispy, though there have been instances where large fries were not filled properly and were placed in the bag upside down. The ice cream machine works, and the staff is wonderful, with one employee, Justin, being particularly helpful and kind during a visit. The place is very clean, though some guests must use a kiosk. It’s important to note that the burgers can sometimes be wrapped improperly, leaving them exposed.
