Ordered the Toasted Italiano Sandwich with some kettle chips on Doordash that my younger brother ordered for me. Our local grocery store had a hiccup on card processing and wanted to give this a try. This sandwich was absolutely delicious as my first time from ordering here. Thank you!

Ordered food for rapid pick up. The pick up was close to 10 minutes late, but the kicker was I got the email that the food was ready to pick up, but it was not on the shelf. I waited a few more minutes, then went to the cash register to see where the food was. No one was there and no one came when I was standing there.
I then went to the regular pick up counter where no one would acknowledge me. Finally I was mad after making eye contact with two different workers, who quickly looked away and would not acknowledge me to ask if I could get my food that was sitting behind the counter. The manager said in a very condescending tone I was just about to check it, do you want me to check it? I replied yes as I did NOT want to have to come back. It was a good thing I did because they forgot to put the bakery item in the bag. Fast forward to me getting home, and there is less than a teaspoon of dressing in the dressing cups (I asked for extra) this is the last time I will be going there, service was horrible and their standards for food prep are lacking.

Juliana was our cashier and she was incredibly sweet! We ordered a billion things but she was patient and friendly. We will gladly return to this location as they provide excellent customer service.

Just ordered 2 bagels to go, both were ice cold and a little stale. No option to toast on the kiosk ordering system. 1 little plastic knife, to spread equally cold butter. Don't they offer to spread the butter and cream cheese for you like, idk, every bagel shop on earth? Disappointing.
