Really amazing service at this Pretzel Factory! It’s inside the Walmart which was confusing at first, but I went inside and was happy to see it was open until 8pm. The staff were super friendly and generous, and I appreciated how nice they were. Of course, the pretzels are great, but you already knew that!

I want to start that I love soft pretzels.... Probally alittle too much you could tell from my figure. Infact the only thing softer than my exterior are this Pretzel factory's pretzels. They are always cooked perfectly. Their peperoni log is delicious. I never buy it at other locations because look like they were sitting out for weeks. That's not the case at this place, they are always fresh. A+++ .PS I wasn't paid in pretzels to leave this review

Dude was crazy nice. Very refreshing to see someone smiling and happy lol. Gave me and my friend each a fresh pretzel for free on top of what we bought. If you’re looking for soft pretzel and a break from the negative atmosphere that Walmart gives off. Stop over!

Nice pretzels at this location
Was going to grab a few pretzels here while I was shopping in the Walmart but I didn’t want when the Spanish lady working started screaming and cussing at the time of her lungs while talking on her cellphone. Really unprofessional!

Cashier shouting at me “whats with the attitude” when I asked for pretzels at 8:02 , I didn’t know they closed. I didn’t say anything. I may have looked confused but there was no attitude. What happened to training good customer service, I’ve never had anyone shout at me for being confused. Don’t go here, other complaints about rude staff
