I am a long time customer of Ritas water ice. I go to various locations because of the traveling with my job. Normally the Haddonfield Berlin Rd in Voorhees location has very nice and professional employees.Until today. The young girl who waited on me was so scared to touch my pretty brown skin that she literally tossed my change all over the counter. I am a senior citizen so I can recognize racist behavior. But let's give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she is a germophobic...
Good water ice and yummy custard. Get the blendini everytime. Never the small size but large. Chcolate flavor is the best kind to have lots to choose from. Look in papers for coupons and on birthday u get a free water ice!
Last Sunday morning and arrived 2 hours too early, as they open at 12....This is my post yoga ritual when I travel home to Philly...The owner had come to retrieve something from the store and I explained that I grew up in the area, but lived in SC now...Told him my fav was chocolate and that in SC, we don't get all the flavors... He unexpectedly came out with a cup of chocolate water ice.. Thank you..It was awesome! Will be back whenever I get to visit home..and appreciate...
