First day I had kalapacha and it was just amazing, today I tried kabab and ribs to be honest it’s the best sheshlek kabab I had in NE Philadelphia. Saffron under new management will be unstoppable if they could keep up the same quality.

For 20$ that's very low

I have had Uzbek/Russian food all my life so I knew what to expect eating here but to my surprise this place has absolutely stunned me. The flavor of everything we had from the Ketchup (ordered fried for my toddler) to the entree it's self was spot on. This is definitely my new take out place and I have another big Uzbek restaurant closer to my house.The place inside is nice and the chairs are comfortable. We were the only party on a Friday night at dinner which was surprising. Our server Damir was very nice.I would 100% recommend this place not just for the local "Russian" community but to Americans as well!

Nice place. Server recommended assorted kabab platter as this was our 1st visit. It was really good, highly recommend trying it.They were out number of items that were on the menu, Wanted to try t-bone steak but they were out.

Have to say dining here was an odd experience. The place was completely empty except for our party. Seemed like the server was new but nice. They were out of a number of items on the menu, including their signature starter. Also must not have had many people working in the kitchen because the whole dinner took close to 3hrs. Food was ok but probably not worth the price or the time. Can't imagine this place staying in business for much longer
