Writing this on Sept 11, 2025. Come here from time to time on the way to a medical appointment. Staff is kind, facility is clean but writing this outside as someone smokes pot on the patio and makes the place reek of marijuana.

I did not even get to order my food or drinks. I guess I need to go through drive through to even get acknowledged. Two people glanced at my mother and I waiting. It wasn't busy and the drive through wasn't long. We could have been acknowledged at least. A simple we will be right with you is service, so one star is the least this app will let me give.

The girls at this location are absolutely fabulous. Genuinely friendly and happy to serve. Best Starbucks location I’ve been using while traveling in the Philly suburbs daily.

There was one guy employee making all the drinks while the rest of the employees were just cleaning. I waited a while for my drink and it wasn’t even busy, I ordered ahead and it said my drink was ready but it wasn’t out. When I asked one of the girl employees about it, she just had a nasty attitude and response. The guy employee was great and heard and did it right away and was super nice. Idk just wasn’t necessary to me.

Used to be a great location. Lately the female at the window is miserable. She sounds miserable taking orders and today she gave me the wrong order which I didn’t realize until I had driven away and taken a sip. If you hate your job, get a different one. People overpaying for coffee shouldn’t have to deal with the attitude and poor service on top of their $6 coffees.

Fun fact : the drive thru is not open at 5am everyday as stated. If you also enjoy being ignored at 5:35am because they don’t want to serve anyone and talk to each other, this is your place.
