They are not always open when they are scheduled to be. Last Sunday we just got our coffees and sat down and they told us they were closing at 5. No sorry. Nothing.

Absolutely amazing, it is the best Starbucks ever! The manager is super nice and the atmosphere is amazing along with the food. The employees are super nice and fast so this deserves 5 stars all around!

The lady with the pinkish hair made my drink wrong twice, and acts as if she didn’t hear us calling her 3 times to let her know that she took our order wrong. She needs to find a new job atp. Didn’t feel like arguing so I just payed for the drink and went on with my night. Drink taste like absolute

Stopped by this Starbucks yesterday while going on a roadtrip. If I came back up this way I would NEVER come back to this location. First off the Asian girl who was working there around 9am taking orders was so slow especially in her brain…. I asked for a matcha with 8 scoops she only rings me up for 2 and my matcha taste salty. Then when my bf ordered his she kept being rushy when he was asking her opinion on the drink. She needs proper training I had seen already how hesitant she was to take our order inside when we came in. I never had a experience like this at a Starbucks smh??????

I will say I have rarely had any issues here. But the past three to four times I have went it's been awful. I now am writing a one star review because they just rip you off. I go to Starbucks multiple times a week this store especially. For a drink that's a grande which cost almost $8 you would think they would fill the damn cup and not have a lot of the drink missing when they hand it to you. Very disappointed. Handed to me with already a 5th gone without me even having any of it.

There was an actual toilet plunger just suctioned to the floor near the entrance to the counter…Easily the dirtiest Starbucks ever. Covered in dirt, grime, and literal trash…piles of trash everywhere almost all the time. It’s a super busy Starbucks so I know there are some things that are to be expected with that…but it’s still fold service and sanitation should be of at least one priority….here it very much so is not. Also the music playlist is loud and the exact opposite of coffee shop vibe, but more like a rock concert. Always super stressful coming here.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Today may have been a staff shortage or something (so I'm sorry if it was just a bad day) but went in for two drinks and it took 20 minutes. Trash cans were overflowing from the entrance to the exit to behind the counters. When we were in line we were greeted by literally a plunger. Is it a used/ dirty plunger? Hard to say. Music while we sat waiting for drinks was blaring guitar solos. Furniture in the building looked uncleaned for weeks. Other than that the Matcha tea was good, but my wife's hot coffee was so piping hot that it was undrinkable. Dial that temp down to 195 people. Ps line wrapping around the building... find the next Starbucks within 30 miles if you ask me!
