I don't recommend going to this particular location of Starbucks, because the workers are very, very rude, the client comes in, they never say hello, they don't give a normal change, today I was there, it felt like I wasn't welcome, I'm disappointed in this place, in the photo this girl who didn't even welcome her, it's awful!!!
Used the drive thru, young lady was pleasant and polite service was quick and efficient I didn't order much just a double shot espresso and a small cup of ice on the side.
This Starbucks has an amazing team of Baristas that ensure this location is clean, consistent, and most importantly friendly.
Not terrible, cookie and brownie were okay, but the coffee was fantastic. Good service and atmosphere

I’m a diehard starbucks fan, this was a few weeks. I placed my order, the guy seemed to be newer. I am overly polite and never forget my manners. At the window, he asked how I was. I was trying to find my card. Before I could even get the words out he says “OH ME? I’M GOOD THANKS.” and slams the window in my face before I could even ask for a napkin. I still don’t know what that was about. Anyway I avoid this location like the plague now because you’re lucky I didn’t have time to stop in the store and talk face to face. So rude and arrogant. Please do not expect my business anymore.
Went in yesterday for a cakepop and a coffee. When I came in there was a young girl who was clearly not hygenic and should not be working near food. She had extremely greasy botched hair and way too much acne. Not only was she dirty but she was extremely rude to me and other customers. Drink was fine but this is unacceptable. Do better Starbucks.
Yesterday around 4:30 PM I found myself at this starbucks. My order was taken by some hooligan with piercings and short hair, who was really ignorant and kept repeating “WHAT?” every time I talked. Over all not a good experience and this employee was very rude. I think “he” went to the bathroom at least 2 times during my stay.
Not all food choices are always available. In-store service is very slow and isn’t consistent.

I am leaving a review only considering the space of their store. This is the best fit for people to come here and do some light work on their laptops or study and relax. There is more privacy and seating arrangements . All I order is a shaken iced expresso.

We don’t order from here very often because this unfortunately happens a lot. We order ahead because of our work and can’t stop and wait in the morning. Every time we order our blonde cappuccinos both made the same way, they are always not blonde. ALWAYS NOT BLONDE.
We don’t have time to come back and have them fix this problem, and every time they get away with not making it right and serving us the wrong drink. When I called the the store to talk to a manager, they told me to go online and fill out a survey, but when I’ve done that, nothing remedies this on going situation. How is filling out a survey fixing the problem now? That’s not respecting my time, money or patients regarding our order always being incorrect.
I’m hoping by leaving another review I can get some help in making this situation right by us the customer. We spend a lot of money at Starbucks because we love the brand and product. But when it’s made wrong 100% of the time, that’s a serious training problem that’s not fair to us the consumer but even more unfortunate for the employees… who may not know any better.
Lastly, when we have gone back to have them remake our drink, we are met with an attitude from Starbucks associates and that’s a huge problem for my fiancé and I. We spend our money on a product and brand we love and brings us together. We just want the support back from the company concerning customer service and products.

I want to start this by saying that I was a partner for 4 years. I know firsthand how starbucks is expected to operate and how drinks are supposed to be prepared. I've also never felt the need to write a negative review about a place before. I understand that retail sucks and everyone has bad days, but I just had to share my experience today as it was incredibly disappointing. I mobile ordered an iced latte with chestnut praline syrup, white mocha, whipped cream and chestnut praline topping. I walked inside and the only drink on the counter didn't have whipped cream on it so I assumed it wasn't mine. I waited about 20 more mins and went up to the girl on bar and asked if they got an order for Brianna. She pointed at the drink that looked nothing like what I ordered and said "could it be the drink right there that says Brianna?" Which ok, fair enough it had my name on it, but I didn't think it could be mine because it looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I said "I didn't think this was mine because I asked for whipped cream and praline topping." I also ordered a cranberry bliss bar which wasn't there either and when I asked for it she said "well we never got that" even though it was on my receipt, and she reluctantly gave me one. I was annoyed but tried a sip of the drink hoping it was at least half decent, even though I didnt get the whip or praline topping (that I paid extra for). I literally couldn't finish it. I don't think they put any syrup in it (that I paid extra for) and they either didnt use espresso at all or their machine desperately needs cleaning .I dumped it in the parking lot and went to a different store.
Gave me the wrong by item after WAITING for it via the drive through. Starbucks is pricey enough, they can at least pay attention. Never again.
