Customer service is great, just my iced coffee had wayyy too much ice in it and not enough coffee for the cost. Felt kind of cheated.

Third time trying to give this location my business. Tried to order the Eggnog Latte today and yet again, what do ya know they were out of eggnog. Ugh. After sitting in the drive thru for 10 min… just drove away with nothing. So frustrating!

I got coffee this morning and there was new Barista, I think her name was Megan, she was very rude, she was watching to check if I left tip and she almost spit coffee in my face. That’s not how you treat your customer especially when they pay $7 for a coffee. It’s a shame, I really enjoyed going to this location almsost every day

Not my usual Starbs, but I stopped by this weekend and was so impressed! The service was great and everyone was super friendly. The manager Aly served me and was so lovely to chat with. The team looked really put together — better than any location I’ve been to. They all had these cute personalized aprons with their names on them, which was such a nice touch. You can tell she really cares about her team and the overall vibe in the store.

Okay — I stopped coming to this Starbucks years ago and I don’t usually write reviews, but now, this Starbucks? This place is simply too good.
You walk in, and it’s like the hot dog car crash sketch — everyone’s trying to figure out who could have made coffee this good, and Aly’s just standing there like, “We’re all trying to find the guy who did this!” because it’s HER. She did this.
The vibes? Immaculate. Drinks are flying out faster than Dan Flashes shirts sell out, and yet every single one is flawless.
You can’t skip lunch so go here. Aly’s Starbucks isn’t just a store. It’s an experience. You’ll leave saying, “You sure about that?” — but in the best, most deeply caffeinated way possible.

I go here often and never had much of an issue however over the weekend I ordered a grande iced coffee with cream and sugar and the entire cup was cream I couldn’t drink it at all. I go back Monday and get an iced coffee with light cream and sugar and the coffee tastes old and burnt. I go back today Oct 14 and think a pumpkin cream cold brew would be a safe choice they’re usually the same across the board. The entire cup was cold foam a since again undrinkable. A $6 drink down the drain. I will never come to this Starbucks again.

Really like this Starbucks but I really think the coffee just seems thin. I do not like those new automatic coffee machines. Coffee from them cannot compete with the quality of a traditional coffee houses coffee. Starbucks has gone in the wrong direction with these machines. I might as well go buy a K-cup machine. Two stars for the coffee.
Been back twice now and ordered the blond roast and both times it was good. I think my trip before must have been just a one time problem.

The staff is quite a frumpy and grumpy bunch. I understand that Starbucks doesn’t care about customers, but the rudeness of this one reached an astronomical height. I sat at the designated area for laptops, however cold air was blasting from the vent. Mind you we are approaching October, but I digress. I sat by the couches, but as I was still doing work on my laptop I had to put my feet up to hold my laptop in place. I was approached by an employee who told me I had to put my feet down. So I moved another chair closer to put my feet up on that, I was again reprimanded by a different employee from behind the coffee station this time, I asked why I had to put my feet down people don’t eat off of chairs. I was yelled at in front of other customers and told to “get out”. These are the same people that expect tips as part of their job 🤦♀️

The lady was at the window at 11am on 7/7/2025 lied and ruined my birthday.
It’s my birthday today and I was going to receive my free drink. I come to this Starbucks almost every day (have had my rewards for a while) and she tells me that I needed to have my Starbucks rewards for a year to receive the offer?? That’s a lie. She didn’t think to look into it or at least honor the 1 drink. I was very polite and she was very uninformed about Starbucks rewards conditions. I will no longer be coming to this Starbucks again.
