No food , just coffee for me. But it didn’t start off well as their cup just collapsed and a full cup of coffee went everywhere, but the manager at Marketplace at Huntington Valley dealt with the problem the best way she could. She gave me a full refund and a new coffee for my misfortune. Staff is usually very friendly.Parking: There’s about 20 spots 2 handicap spots by the doors, only issue is location where some drivers are in such a rush to go order that they don’t allow people to get out of their parking spot. Otherwise pretty decent.

The slowest staff I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. Waited 10 minutes at the counter with four workers walking behind the counter back-and-forth, and no one ever acknowledged me or said hi. This is at 4 PM when there are almost no people getting coffee.

I ordered an iced toasted vanilla oatmilk espresso that came like 3/4th full and it was about half full and it looked 3/4th full because of the cold foam i wanted on top, it was made right though tasted good but just wasnt full, but then i got a bacon gouda egg sandwich that had no bacon on it??? Im not sure how that happens if they come prepackaged but alright

I never typically write reviews on a Starbucks location, however I had to today! Lorenzo was such a delight and a pleasure to talk to, I called the location asking if they had something in store and Lorenzo went above and beyond to make sure I received exactly what I was asking for!So kind and so sweet and definitely worth the extra drive to have this nice of customer service and care! The best Starbucks I have ever been to!

I see so many nice reviews here. I don’t know what was wrong with staff today , but I got the worst caramel crunch Frappuccino ever . I go to Starbucks almost daily ,but different location and I know how this Frappuccino looks and tastes and can compare .

Faulty lid popped off, spilling coffee all over the inside of my car. I had to ask for napkins to clean it up, it ruined my center console, my seats, my floor, my dress, my bag. I asked for a refund of the drinks I ordered, why would I want them remade, to put in cupholders swimming in hot coffee? Had to get my car repaired and detailed today. Thanks, Starbucks for taking thousands of dollars over the years and treating a steady customer with zero care. I'm finally done.
