Last night a family member ordered dinner for me from Suburban Diner and got me a chicken parm. When it arrived, I noticed it was made with chicken tenders instead of an actual chicken cutlet, which I thought was odd but whatever, I figured I’d try it anyway. Once I pulled the chicken apart, it became clear this wasn’t just unconventional, it was badly done. I haven’t been to a diner in a while (since COVID closures) and tonight (September 15, 2023) I had a chance to get out to Suburban Diner for dinner. It was such a nice time to just sit in public and eat with friends. This diner is definitely a perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy my meal in comfort.
