Ordered extra sour cream. Told cantina burrito does not come with it. I would have to add it. Paid for sour cream and was not given any. The order taker made me feel I was wasting his time and my $20 food order was a bother.

This my favorite 1 to go to. I see they change through employees a lot. When I use Uber eats our driver was Asian and knew enough English to know what he is saying. Around 7pm we ordered a bunch of items on the menu and while we was waiting patiently. The driver calls and said they forgot our drinks and 2 items.
1 was a crunch wrap supreme and nacho bell grande. He had us on the phone while he attempted to ask for the items. The 2 gentleman were getting agitated and aggressive and we heard everything so to avoid the uber eats drive more problems. We accepted they did not want to work and told the driver don't worry about it. The 11am team is all that.
The night shift team needs to know a job is an opportunity to earn income and grow experience to make something of their livelihood. It's not a do my 8 and go home.

Went through the drive thru, haven't been in years. The prices got insane for the quality and quantity, but the young lady working the window was the nicest person I've ever met at a fast food place.

I went thru the drive and didn't get many items but had to go back thru the drive thru, hand back over my order because I was missing an item only for the employee It was in the bag. Long and short of it, they were wrong. I ordered and paid for 3 Doritos hard shell tacos and 3 regular hard shell which is a total of 6 hard shelled tacos. There were only 5. They give me back my bag and I count again , now the drive thru is long so my son, who was with me takes the bag inside the restaurant and they again tell him he's wrong, they don't even look inside, apparently they didn't even bother to count and at this point I'm beyond frustrated so I chose to call the 1800 Taco Bell customer service line to voice my complaints but then decided I'd rather leave the review here so people really know what to expect for service. This used to be the best Taco Bell to go, now Id rather drive out of my way to go to a different one or really, somewhere else all together. The female manager was rude, she stood there while her employees were making rude comments to me and my son and the comments definitely had racial under tones that they didn't even try to hide. My son is 13 and deaf, wears hearing aides due to his disability and they way they not only stared at him but the comments they made were down right disrespectful and one employee made sure to mumble loud enough "only white people man". No one in this store personally knows me, my family is huge and every race, nationality and religion is in my family, my son was raised to treat everyone with respec. That employees choice of words only proves his own racism and yes, he said it with his manager standing right there so there's no way she didn't hear it. I wouldn't go back to this location even if it was the last Taco Bell left in the state.

We were here twice today, once through the drive through and then inside. Jayden waited on me both times, Excellent customer service!!!! Very polite, respectful and fast!!! Please give him a raise!!!! He was like this with everyone he waited on, even my son. This is a hint to taco bell corporate and CEO. Don the manager also waited on me as well and had wonderful customer service. There was another employee John who I had brief conversation with that was also very polite and respectful. These gentlemen are an asset to any company that wants decent customer service. I recommend them!!!!!

Although I'm not crazy about the width of the drive thru, this is definitely the best Taco Bell I've been to. Order was freshly made (after 10 pm). Cashier was very nice.
